Maison de plage / lac dans des sentiers de remorquage

Étapes du lac, de la plage et des commodités. Cette maison dispose d'un bain à remous, de 2 chambres et d'une mezzanine. Une chambre a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat et s'ouvre sur un porche avec un bain à remous, la deuxième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés, le loft avec un lit queen et une télévision. La maison est entièrement refaite, nouvelle cuisine, nouveau revêtement de sol, nouveaux meubles et nouvelle peinture. Tous à quelques pas de tout le plaisir des sentiers de Towamensing. Les installations comprennent la location de barques et de pédalos, une salle de jeux, un bar / restaurant, une aire de volley-ball, une plage, un lac, une aire de jeux et une piscine à distance de marche.

This house was perfect for short getaway. It was super close to the beach/lake and the hot tub was a favorite.

Romantic getaway

Hot tub was lovely.. lid removal was a tad annoying with low roof line but we were happy to relax in it! (You need two people to remove/put back on) Beds are in need of an update as is the couch that you just sink in New cooking sheets is in dire need.. thankfully there was a glass pan The house was great for our two night escape!

Amazing

First time renting a lake house and it was perfect. It was my boyfriend's 30th birthday and he just wanted to get away from the city life. Mary was beyond helpful with everything and she answers right away when you leave a message. Thank you for the experience, the house is BEAUTIFUL. Will definitely rent it again.

Not a bad stay

As listed..but.. Shower/bathroom needs an experienced handyman. Hot tub is nice but its a tight fit. Says air conditioned but its only a small window unit upstairs. However, it cooled down nicely at nights so no big deal. Overall it was a good stay for the $. Be aware, Towamensing trails has rules, ALOT of rules. Fishing in the lake was terrible, the beach was closed for e-coli and apparently has been for awhile. They give you a band to wear as part of the community but when my wife and I, bands on our wrists, went to check out the bar at the community center, we were quickly shunned as not being "members only"! Young kids, probably pre-teen drive around in golf carts, etc like automobiles but my 14 year old couldn't rent a paddleboat because he wasn't 18? They have trash police who we saw yelling at teenagers who were trying to throw away a bag of garbage before the listed start time of 11 am. Amazing that they pay a garbage policeman to watch the dumpsters rather than just have him unlock the dumpster. The garbage police when we were there were not friendly (wouldn't wave back?) Strict curfew at 10pm or 11pm. So just be mindful there is no fish, no admittance to the ultra private community bar, no swimming, no noise after 10, no nice garbage police, no paddleboating for youth, and, as was our experience, no smiling or waving at the garbage police. Very stuffy community. This has nothing to do with the home we rented. IT served its purpose fine. Had a blast whitewater rafting, knoebels was great, went hiking, and loved camelbeach water park. Just don't expect to feel welcome and see anyone friendly in the Towamensing trails community.

Great location for hiking

Beautiful space with plenty of sleeping areas. Home was well stocked. Hot tub was amazing and communication was quick and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us for a friends getaway.

fun stay for low price

place had enough sleeping space for 4 friends, didn’t know the couch had a pull out bed! helped a lot. stocked with plenty of towels and everything you need. the roof above the hot tub is a MINOR inconvenience i don’t know why people are complaining about it i loved the closed in hot tub room. would recommend for anyone looking for a nice house 15-20 minutes from the mountains

Great location

The location is great and Mary the property manager is very responsive. The house is small but that doesn't matter since most of your time is spent outdoors. Although not awful, there is something to be desired as far as the cleanliness of the house - lots of dust and the bathroom shower could use a good scrub down. Otherwise, a lovely lake house/vacation.

Beautiful home

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for the weekend and we’re able to do so much because how close the home is to everything. The house was very clean and we had no issues with anything while we were there. The hot tub was perfect too! I highly recommend staying here it was perfect for a family getaway, my boyfriend and i will be back for an adults only trip too!

MLK Getaway

We had such a fabulous time at this cute property. The lake was only a 2 minute walk away and provided beautiful views! The hot tub was an excellent way to warm up and it was just enough room for our family. Mary was easy to communicate with during the process. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

Love the Lakehouse!!

The house was beautiful and so well kept!! Perfect for a weekend getaway. We came with our friends for a pre holiday weekend and snow tubing! Perfect location for outdoor activities. The inside of the Lakehouse was an adorable and rustic vibe. All amenities included made making breakfast a breeze. The hot tub was perfect for a night of relaxing. Overall, an AMAZING weekend. Thank you so much Mary for this awesome house!! I would love to come back! And HIGHLY recommend if you want to stay somewhere clean, comfortable and homey.

Girls' weekend success

Mary's beach home was great for a recent girls' weekend! The rooms were cozy and warm, the proximity to the beach and many wineries was great, and Mary really provided everything we'd need. I'd go back any time!

This was a very nice house with a great location. Went in the fall but this would be perfect in the summer because of the proximity to the lake.

Perfect getaway

Mary's home is beautiful!! The bedrooms are perfect in size and comfort the hot tub was set up and ready for us to enjoy with out the bugs bothering thanks to Mary with the screened porch or bug zapper lol! The kitchen is perfect for family conversations or some one on one time! The lake and amenities are a hop skip and jump away and Mary is amazing for giving us passes to enjoy all of them thanks Mary we will definitely visit again 😊
