This level also includes a comfortable queen bedroom and a full bathroom, providing easy access for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the fireplace, firepit, unfinished basement, and 2 owner's closets (one in the 2nd floor hallway and one in the Bear Room). Please do not use the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit (violation will result in $500 fine by HOA).

A rental packet of guest wristbands (1 per person, no more than 8) and vehicle passes (1 per car, max 6) will be provided for you during your stay.
- Please keep vehicle passes visible in your vehicle when driving or parked within the community.
- Guests over the age of 5 years MUST wear wristbands on their person and in plain view at all times (not on their purse, towel, etc.) whenever utilizing the amenities of Towamensing Trails.
- With the wristbands, you will be able to access the following amenities: beach, swimming pool, lake, boat rental area, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, playground, and clubhouse.
- Any of the amenities may be closed at the community's discretion (due to weather, maintenance, safety, etc.).
- The pool and beach will open around end of May through early September (please contact us for the latest schedule). Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm.

The Neighborhood:
The Pocolonial is part of the charming private community of Towamensing Trails. We're just a short 5-minute drive to the variety of amenities, including a lake with a private beach, boat rental area, swimming pool, playground tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, and clubhouse (note: to purchase alcohol, you must be a club member). Guests will receive wristbands and vehicle passes that will allow them access to these areas.

Our cozy modern home located in Albrightsville, at the heart of the Pocono Mountains, makes a great base for exploring the region with its proximity to many popular destinations. Fun things to do during warmer months include hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, golfing, ziplining, boating, ATV touring, and wildlife viewing. In the colder months, the area becomes a winter wonderland, with several ski resorts and snow tubing parks nearby. The Poconos is truly a year-round recreation haven offering plenty of activities for every season.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around the mountainous country roads of the Poconos is by driving. We can accommodate up to 6 full-sized vehicles in the driveway. Please display parking pass in your vehicle at all times.
