Summary:

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at the most popular vacation Condos in New Braunfels. On the Comal River, our Property is perfect for your weekend trip, family vacation, wedding, or just some fun in the sun! Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Schlitterbahn Waterpark (Across the Street) . Or go Listen to some home grown Americana or Contemporary Music at Gruene Hall, Oldest Dance hall in Texas!"



The Space:

The living and kitchen area are filled with an abundance of natural light along with the view backyard space. The pull-out couch and accent chairs are the perfect size for up to six people to sit comfortably on to enjoy watching the smart TV or playing games.



Along the living room, there are four spots for sitting and eating. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and other items. Please inquire if you have any questions!



You can access the outdoor deck from the living area as.



The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, dressers, mirror, and its own bathroom. This large bathroom has a spacious shower along with a walk-in closet. This bathroom also includes the amenities of towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, hangers, iron, and iron board.



The other bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and closet. A full bathroom is located right outside and down the short hallway. This bathroom features a spacious bathtub with a showerhead and curtain. Amenities include towels for each guest, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. The washer and dryer are located through the kitchen.

Good trip

We enjoyed this rental very much, it was spacious, clean and well kept. We loved the location, next to Schliterbaughn water park. Would love to use this property again for another future trip to New Braunfels and Schliterbaughn.

Beautiful renovated 2/2 condo with a carport!! We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time at schlitterbahn waterpark. The river was flooded and it was nice to have a back up plan.

My family stayed her while we visited for Wurstfest

Great place, very clean, beautiful, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything needed, we had enough towels and bedding, and we felt very safe staying here! We can't wait to come back next year!

Our family had a wonderful time in NB at this condo. Very clean & comfortable. The AC was FANTASTIC!! Short walk across the parking lot to the river for floating & around the corner is Schlitterbahn. I highly recommend this condo!

Provided a comfortable place to stay that allowed us down time from all the wedding festivities. Packing up and leaving was made difficult because of a power failure.

Nice place and loxarion

If going to Schlitterbahn or floating the Comal, you can’t get a better location than this. Right across the block from both and can see the Master Blaster ride from the room. The only thing I wish the place had was a refrigerator that made its own ice instead of having to use the ice trays to make your own, but other than that the place is perfect

Great time

Perfect location for floating the Comal as many times as we wanted. A walk to do the chute but we preferred the closer, quieter float down by us so only did the chute once. Make sure to bring a deck of cards etc in case of bad weather. The rental was well stocked except for no games.

Fam river trip 😊

The property is a great location for restaurants, river, tube chutes, water park close by local stores to run errands. The pool is great to for relaxing and letting kids play… sometimes the keypad works and doesn’t but someone is always there to let you in or it’s easy to manage… the host is amazing. Condo is clean beds are comfy too…. Coffee was delicious! We will definitely be back!!! Great experience, I say they would need to update the cable subscription for kids channels for downtime although we had iPads… overall a great stay with great accommodations

Hidden Gem

This condo was the perfect location for our stay. Beautiful and clean! We panicked when we only found one towel for showers… I was on the process of messaging the host…. But one often friends found the rest of them in the dryer!! No big deal.. just happy to have found them. The neighborhood is very quite… now this sits just across from Schlitterbahn (?sp) Water Park… which was closed when we were there…. But if that’s your thing… easy access.

Convenient, Family Friendly

We brought our kids to camp and I (mom) stayed on my own a few days in between pick up and drop off. I felt the property was comfortable and safe and was great for the whole fam with all of the activities within walking distance. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was out for one of those nights and it was difficult to sleep with it being 88 inside! We packed up and went to a hotel. I requested a refund for the one night, but didn’t hear back. I will say that it was fixed by the next day in the afternoon and we were able to move back in without further issues. Overall, it was a good stay though. I loved the remodel and decor.

The property was not clean. Hairballs on vents. They need to find a new cleaning company. Refrigerator was not clean. Hand prints on refrigerator, TV’s, and back door. We were not able to access the pool with the code given to us.

Dirty Condo

When you walk in there is a flight of stairs with recessed lighting but no light bulbs. This first off was a huge issue as I have a child with vision impairments and thank goodness we had a flashlight because it was very dark. When we went upstairs we could immediately tell the place had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen sink was filthy with food, the refrigerator still had someone else’s food in it and the shelves were dirty. The floor was not properly cleaned as there was dirt and hair all over it. I had to sweep so we could even walk around. The master suite bed was absolutely terrible. The sheets were not the right fit so every time you moved they came off the bed and the secondary room, that bed squeaked so badly that my son barely slept. The next morning we tried to cook breakfast but the skillet provided smelled like vomit. Tried to wash it and it was still so bad. I contacted the management company that evening about the cleaning and was told the cleaning crew could be there at 8am the next morning. I declined obviously. I mean we at that point I had already cleaned and unpacked our belongings and besides, I’d you’re on vacation do you really want someone else to come in and inconvenience you after you have already paid the cleaning fee with your rental. I did ask for a refund or partial refund for this fee several times since our stay in August but all I have received back is “I’ll look into it” and now I’m getting spam messages from them. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

Perfect place for a little stay-cation, very warm and cozy! Only complaint would be it says no pets are allowed so we couldn’t bring a furry friend, but we did spot a few people with dogs.

Adorable, Convenient Condo

This condo is super cute! A perfect home-away-from-home with all of the amenities you need after a day of floating the river(s) and/or exploring the water park, which is an easy walk across the street! The condo is clean, and spacious enough for my husband and I and our 3 teens. Two nice sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, family room, this condo has everything you need for a short getaway or a longer vacay. We will definitely try to book it again for our next trip to New Braunfels!
