Girls trip, Guys trip, Family get away? This beautifully renovated home sleeps up to 8 with 3 private bedrooms, and plenty of parking! Traveling in an RV or with a boat? No problem, we have 30 amp hookup! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a KING bed and Bedroom 3 has TWO FULL BEDS. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo. The garage is an additional flex space for the guys, gals or teens who want to get away from the rest of the group. You'll find an additional fridge, air hockey table, TV, outdoor furniture, and plenty of fans to keep you cool.

ENJOY MORNING COFFEE AND AMAZING SUNSETS FROM OUR OVERSIZED DOCK! Less than 10 minutes from HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MOUNT DORA, we are also conveniently located to ORLANDO AIRPORT, THEME PARKS AND CANOEING AT KINGS’S LANDING!!

Team Building

We stayed in 4 or the 5 homes on the property. We had our daughters and families if our lacrosse team! The houses were clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! It was great to have most of the team on the same property! The host Bobbi was super easy to communicate with and very flexible!

Beautiful setting. We rented all 5 properties. It was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. The units are in great condition and very nicely appointed. Appreciated the supples, coffee and tea, spices, nice dishes, nice linens and comfy beds.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home by the lake in Mount Dora! The home is decorated beautifully and the kitchen was emaculate and fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, and coffees and teas. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for sleeping. My kids enjoyed the garage space that had been converted into a game room. We didn't utilize the second floor since it's closed during the summertime.

All I can say is this property is amazing. Beautiful sunsets by the lake. The house was lovely & met all our needs. Very well stocked & comfortable. So loved the decor& beds were very comfy. Great stay & location

Our family stayed for a weekend while visiting for a wedding at Sydonie Mansion. The location was so close and beautiful. We had additional family staying at Bobbi’s rental nextdoor so it worked out perfect!

Beautiful and spacious home

Enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. Garage had games we enjoyed. House has large open floor plan making it feel very spacious. We highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Lake house near Kings Landing

Good times at the lake house. Plenty of space for seven of us. Great covered dock on the lake for afternoon hanging. Ample space outside for playing games with the kids too. The two car garage converted to a game-room was an excellent touch. Access to groceries and kings landing was so easy. Overall, very well located, with all the things you need and comforts of home. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Setting.

This was the perfect place for our dance team to be able to sit and relax before competition. We had yoga class by the water and on the dock, and were able to enjoy each other during a stressful weekend. Bobbi was the perfect host and stayed in communication throughout the entire weeks before we stayed. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for another competition in this area. Definitely booking again.

Great Property

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was great! The view of the sunset on the lake was beautiful. We didn't get to enjoy all the lake toys but appreciated that they were available. There was plenty of room for our Easter lunch with family. Property is very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, well appointed home!

Everything about this host and property exceeded my expectations! The beds were extremely comfortable from the mattresses to the bedding. Fun game room and tons of room to spread out. The dock and lake were perfect for a glass of wine and gorgeous sunset. Highly recommend!

This property was one of the CLEANEST And most Comfortable property we’ve ever stayed in. The house is immaculate and has everything one needs. The property is beautiful and Bobbie has all the toys to enjoy the water! She definitely knows how to make guests enjoy their stay.

Perfect Retreat

The home was a sanctuary of peace and was the perfect place to gather with extended family all in one place. The three bathrooms were so nice with six people staying in the house. Beautiful location and loved the water! We came for a family funeral, but left rejoicing in a life well-lived.

I grew up in Florida and fell in love with Mt Dora when we moved to the area in 2014. As a local Realtor, I have a natural love for real estate. My husband is a touring musician, entertainer and pretty much travels for a living. Getting into Vacation rentals was a natural fit for both of us. We love to entertain and make our guests comfortable!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Because beaches be Salty!! Seriously though, sometimes the beach is just too far and too crowded. Lake Life is the relaxed life! I've always wanted to live on a lake, and being able to share this with others is especially rewarding. We want our guests to have all the comforts of home but still feel like they are on vacation!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Play and swim in our private cove with sandy bottom or sit on the dock and watch the sunset or sunrise. Take one of our kayaks out for a nice paddle or sit under a palm tree all day with a good book.
