Relax in this spacious 3-2 POOL home! Lots of room for the whole family! Stainless steel appliances, pot and pans, silverware, and coffee maker. Large TV in the living room and private tv’s in each bedroom. The master bed room has a private bath with shower, large closet, and a King size bed. The second bedroom had a King size bed as well, large closet and a shared bath. The third bedroom had a full size bed, and a bunk bed with a large closet and shared bath. The shared bath has a double sink and a tub/shower. The extra family room has a futon pull out for extra sleeping accommodations . Arcade games located in the extra family room and a air hockey game in the garage for the kids. Washer and dryer available in the garage. Screened in pool and gated backyard for your private shaded backyard oasis. Back yard is enclosed, and we have extra boat and trailer parking on the left side of the front of the home. 1 mile from all that Mount Dora has to offer. Whimsical boutiques, antique shops, outdoor cafes, parks, and our close access to the full chain of lakes. Mt Dora is only 45 minutes from Lake Buena Vista (Disney and Epcot), Universal Studios Florida and its Islands of Adventure and CityWalk dining/shopping/nightlife triumvirate; plus SeaWorld Orlando, accompanied by Discovery Cove and Aquatica water park. But don’t let the turnstiles box you in. International Drive, Pointe Orlando and the Mall at Millennia has tons of shopping, dining and entertainment. Spreading from downtown, trendy neighborhoods like Thornton Park and South Eola with original eateries and nightlife nooks.
Race fans: Daytona Beach is only an 1 1/2 hour drive. Daytona International Speedway and the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America are a great destination. Come during the Daytona 500 or spring family beach break and enjoy Daytona Beach’s swimming, and surfing. Since 1996, the World's Largest FREE 3-Day Motorcycle and Music Event is held in Historic Downtown Leesburg which is a few miles away! The Leesburg Bike Fest is be packed with live entertainment, demonstrations, shows and contests. Hundreds of friendly retail shops and vendors will be open for your shopping pleasures. Another exciting town, only minutes away, is Tavares. The Tavares Seaplane Base & Marina is a seaplane airport and recreational boating marina located on the Lake Dora waterfront in the heart of Wooton Park, which offers a water park for the little ones and lots of waterfront restaurants while watching the sea planes take off! This is only a small sample of what Florida has to offer. With all our water ways, boating and fishing is close by. Our home is located a few walkable blocks from a walking path around one of our lakes for a breezy afternoon stroll. We supply the home with a Pack and Play and one car seat for families with some ones.
