Designer-finished townhouse with spectacular country views that can be admired from the rooftop heated jacuzzi and the BBQ terrace.
The 400-year-old house is centrally located in the historical city of Żebbuġ, also known as Città Rohan, which is one of the oldest towns in the country.
Sunbathe on the sun terrace and relax taking in breathtaking sunsets or cozy up on the lazy sofa in front of the fireplace and enjoy your favorite NetFlix show.
When you arrive, you are invited in by a grand entranceway with a beautiful high ceiling, birdcage chandelier, and a large mirror wardrobe. The Art wall won't disappoint:)
A beautiful open kitchen, dining, and living area with a wood-burning fireplace and cozy sofa welcome you on the ground floor. A rain/ cascaded large shower and a toilet, as well as the laundry room, can be found on the same floor.
The designer smart black kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need to cook a delicious meal.
On the first floor, you will find the Loft bedroom with a super comfortable king-size bed, fully air-conditioned a sitting area, and a small workspace. The ensuing bathroom with underfloor heating, double sinks, a big shower, and a comfortable bath for two.
On the second floor, the Blue bedroom has beautiful french windows allowing a lot of natural light, a queen-size and a single comfy bed.
The Red bedroom is situated on the 3rd floor of the house, with an ensuite bathroom and a stand-alone exposed bath. This bedroom has access to a small privet patio.
All the bedrooms and the living room are fully air-conditioned.
A small projector/ meditation room can be found on the 4th floor.
The street-side area of the roof is home to a sunbathing area and a unique Scandinavian-style hot or cold Jacuzzi, ideal for chilling out. A large BBQ area is located on the rear roof terrace. Complementing this residence is a large cellar,( unfinished ) high ceilings, and other old-world features, an exquisite blend of old and new

I have renovated this original townhouse to heights standard, I have done it with a lot of love. I have built it as my main home so the house is cozy and has great energy. with the unique layout, it offers a lot of privacy and each room is unique.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Situated in one of the oldest villages in Malta you get to experience the true feeling of what the island has to offer. The house has a fireplace and a heated hot or cold 6 people jacuzzi. you have beautiful country views from the roof terrace. The bedrooms are very very spacious, and beautiful lighting in the kitchen
