Inside, the fun won't stop with the lofted layout of the main floor boasting expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, a mounted TV, and comfortable furnishings. Gather here for conversation, or in the rustic dining area where you can share meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The kiddos and competitive guests will love heading downstairs to show off their skills on the ping-pong table in the game room or heading outside with the volleyball net for additional fun. To complete your stay, you’ll have access to high-speed WiFi for streaming favorite shows or catching up on work while away as well as a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning for your added convenience.

There are kayaks and a paddleboard available for guest use, in addition to a telescope with a tripod for mobility.

An electric car charger is available. You can receive one charge during your stay for $50 and will receive the code upon payment. You must supply your own cord.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
