Enjoy the large pool with a waterfall feature and tanning shelf, or catch some rays on one of the six lounge chairs. Grill up some lunch in the outdoor kitchen, which features a natural gas built-in barbeque, side burners, mini-fridge, sink, a television with bar height seating for six, and remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 14 with remote-controlled ceiling fans under the pergola. Challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong or the bean bag toss game. After a fun-filled day, enjoy a nice soak in the spa or a cocktail in front of the propane fire pit with seating for four. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Getaway to the Gameroom and challenge your friends and family to a game of pool that features a remote-controlled ceiling fan and seating for four.
