We are thrilled to present another Vue Vacations home and the perfect Coachella Valley vacation rentalâthe Carefree Hideaway. This property is in the Montage at Santa Rosa, one of Indio's most sought-after, high-end, gated communities. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Empire Polo Groundsâhome to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. With four-beds/four-baths the Carefree Hideaway was designed for the ultimate in entertaining with every possible amenity for complete comfort and relaxation included. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave!
When you step inside the Carefree Hideaway, you enter an open concept home that enhances a sense of togetherness for you and your guests. Whether you are in the kitchen cooking around the double granite islands, in the adjoining living room watching a movie by the fireplace, playing foosball or NBA Jam in the open game room, or out on the patio lounging around (or in) the poolâyou'll enjoy the good vibes of being with your group.
Several features make the Carefree Hideaway an ideal one-of-a-kind vacation rental. Three of the four bedrooms are large private suites with en-suite bathrooms. The large Primary Suite has a walk-in closet, bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower, and private access to the outdoor patio. The Junior Suite also includes a walk-in closet, large bath and private access to the front courtyard. Venture to the side patio under the beautifully lit Olive tree and you will find the private detached Casita Suite. This dwelling includes an en-suite bath and a kitchenette.
The patio area at the Carefree Hideaway is easily accessible from almost anywhere inside the home and is the perfect place to soak up the California sunshine. Spend your days lounging on our chaise lounge chairs or practicing your golf skills on the three-hole putting green. Enjoy the sunset views while grilling on the brand new outdoor BBQ and enjoying dinner outside by the bistro lights and end your evenings with a drink under the palapa or lounge by the fire pit while star gazing. The backyard has been designed to not only extend but elevate your poolside time to a luxurious heaven-on-earth experience.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
