This amazing open floor plan is a 4 bedroom with 3 attached bathrooms. Open kitchen into dinning area. All new furniture and paint and this house is awesome for entertainment. New Game room with arcade and 4 real slot machines. We have shuffle board ping pong out side pool side TV and so much more. Terra Lago golf course 2 min drive and so many other golf courses nearby, hiking trails, polo grounds are less than 3 miles. Acusure arena 10 min drive away. Living desert outside Zoo 10 min drive. Cable with movie channels in all of the rooms. Back yard fire place and BBQ for evening entertainment. Mountain View’s and extra large back yard. Read our reviews we never disappoint our guests. We are disability friendly one level all flat pool side 36” wide doors and easy shower access.

If what you need is an early check-in and late checkout this and a flop house- this may be your property. We wont be going back. There was no hot water anywhere in the property, the refrigerator, dishwasher were both not operating properly, the kitchen which is described as a gourmet kitchen didn't even have a kitchen sponge, proper knives, storage containers let alone an ice machine. If you are planning to cook dinners here dont stay here. One bathroom smelled like it was sprayed with mens urine. The pool towels while abundant looked like they have been through it and were thread bare. There is no proper dining room table just a very large island with backless stools but I dont blame the owner for that. Pool was nice as was the pool area. This house is good to flop and float. If you want a retreat- this aint your place

Jam answered my every need within seconds! Anything and everything I needed was taken care of right away. This lovely property housed all of fam all weekend and everyone had a really good time playing all the games and swimming while bbqing was very fun. The recommend this highly property! Quiet desert get-away!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Desert Oasis home in Indio. The ultra modern kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything you would need for your entire stay!The pool area is filled with plenty of seating, pool toys, games, and an outdoor TV. The outdoor lighting and water fountain added a hotel feel to the stay. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Shuffleboard and video game room kept everyone busy while indoors.Correspondence with the owner was very quick and helpful. Lovely place!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Desert Oasis property! We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and this was the perfect place for us. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. The 10 of us were very comfortable while staying here, and found that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up meals during our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We had the best weekend here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in town. Thank-you so much for having us!

Great for Coachella

This was the perfect space for my friends and I to stay for Coachella. It was a nice convenient location and had everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely recommended!

Hosts are great communicators with tips in the area to check out. House is well stocked for families with plenty of room to entertain inside and out or sneak off to a quiet bedroom.

Family getaway with our adult children. Lovely home. AC blasts. Spa heats up quickly. Host is a great communicator. Pool is so nice with great lighting at night. Beds comfy. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Indio

The Desert Oasis was an amazing experience! The house could not have been any better. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. We were in the area for BMW Performance Driving School in Thermal, CA, and this property was 15 minutes from there - which was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and super accommodating. When we couldn't get the hotub to work, we messsaged the host and he had his pool guy come out within 20 minutes to get it working. There were plenty of fun things to do in the house like a shuffleboard table, arcade games, pinball, and video poker. We even had ducks and hummingbirds visit us in the beautifully landscaped pool area. The place is simply idyllic. If I could give this property and host more than 5 stars, I would!

This is a great home, great host, great location, and great pool. Kitchen is huge. Beds comfy memory foam. Fun arcade. Our family had a magical stay, soaking in all the sun we could. Thank you! Would love to stay again!

Outstanding property

Enjoyed staying at this property. The house was in excellent condition and very accommodating. The owner thought of everything from a stocked coffee bar to a wide assortment of games. The owner was great, making sure we had anything we needed. Would recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Tournament weekend stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The house was exactly as listed and it was perfect for the weekend. The manager’s communication was phenomenal. Highly recommend it.

Best VRBO we have Ever stayed In.

This home is EXCEPTIONAL. You don't need to look any farther as this is without a doubt the best Decorated, equipped and clean VRBO that we have stayed in. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out in and the pool and spa were a real hit with our Grand Children. We tend to go to different places for our get togethers, but the next time we head to the desert this will be our Go To Home. Mike, the Host, was exceptional and he stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was to our liking. 10 stars all around!

Meeting Family Members visiting from Mexico City!

We rented the house to meet some of our family members that were visiting from Mexico City and staying at my nephew’s house in Indio. We often rent vacation homes, as we have family members living in Indio. Overall we had a pleasant experience; house was clean, good size, and had everything we needed. thanksgiving vacay

We had a wonderful trio in Indio! Michael was very attentive in his communication and recommendations. The house had everything we needed and more! We were able to make a few Thanksgiving dishes in a fully equipped kitchen for our dinner at my in-laws a few miles away. All in all, it was the perfect stay and we will be back!

Fantastic staycation

Our stay at Jam's place was fantastic. From the start, Jam was very responsive, addressing all my inquiries promptly and courteously. The house was immaculately clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. This created a welcoming and fresh atmosphere throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool, spa and small waterfall. Overall, the host's responsiveness, the house's cleanliness, and the great amenities made for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely book again!

We also enjoy vacationing at Desert oasis our goal for each guest is to have a five star resort type feeling we enjoy walking in the gated community around a private lake And watching the sunset from the bridge

We enjoy early morning, sunrise over the chocolate mountains and have benches at the lake for the best viewing. We also enjoy watching the many wildlife such as ducks geese, fish turtles and once in a while, an eagle well sitting on the benches at the lake. This neighborhood of Terra Lago is very safe. It’s in a gated community with 24 seven patrol and manicured throughout with beautiful flowers and palm trees.

Desert oasis is special and unique because it is an extra large house on the corner lot. It has an extra large saltwater pool with a lot of seating and loungers and tables around poolside. It’s called Desert oasis because of the amount of flowers that are planted around the perimeter pool side at night we offer amazing lighting with multiple colors fireballs a fire pit and waterfall features making it just as amazing at night as during the day we also offer many adult and youngster activities inside the property, such as four real slot machines for your entertainment pinball three arcade games, shuffleboard ping-pong, and much more. We maintain a five star rating and the top listed house in our area.
