As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by our grand foyer, leading to all of our bedrooms and our large living room. Coachella Play has an excellent multi-generational layout perfect for grandparents and all the grandkids. We feature one downstairs bedroom with a king sized bed, desk, and TV. On the other side of the foyer our second large bedroom has 6 bunk beds, a large 55in tv, and an xbox gaming console.

Continue down the hall and enter our main floor living area. We’ve expanded this area to accommodate our massive reclining sectional and jumbo bean bags so your whole group can come together in the space. A massive couch needs a massive tv and we have a 85in 4k TV centrally located with great views for everyone. Naturally we also added massive sound with our Nakamichi Dragon Dolby Atmos sound system making this the ultimate home theater experience. Staying on theme, our living room features one more massive surprise, a 55in 4-player arcade machine loaded up with 1000’s of top games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. You'll also find a stylish dining area, featuring a large table that can comfortably seat 8 people + 3 at the kitchen bar, making it perfect for family dinners or hosting dinner parties with friends.

Upstairs you’re greeted by our gaming loft, home to our xbox series x console and microsoft game pass. 4 players can play at this station with our 55in 4k TV and 4 more can join them from our downstairs bunk room. All four upstairs bedrooms are beautifully decorated, with large comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 48in TV and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have queen beds and share a spacious bathroom.

But the real highlight of this property is the stunning outdoor oasis. Step outside, and you'll find a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers and seating areas. Whether you want to relax with a good book or soak up the sun, this is the perfect place to do it. Our rental property is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, if you're in the mood for some entertainment or dining out, the greater Palm Springs area is just a short drive away. The Coachella Valley is famous for its world-class golf courses, and there are plenty of opportunities to tee off and enjoy a round of golf with your family. You can also explore the natural beauty of the region by hiking in the nearby mountains or visiting Joshua Tree National Park.

Additional Notes and Details:
As required by the City of Indio, we require the person executing the booking to complete an informational form providing information on all guests and vehicles staying at the property. Additionally we require a signed rental agreement which meets the City’s acknowledgement form requirements by confirming the person who is booking understands that he or she is legally responsible for compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations by all occupants.

We’d like to take a moment to disclose information about a couple technology solutions in our home. In the kitchen we’ve added a smart home control panel which gives you control of some of the smart devices in the home including our hue lighting in the living and dining areas. This solution includes a built in camera however we want to assure you that the camera has been disabled via software and additionally has a hardware lens cover.

To keep up the standard of our home we have weekly lawn maintenance, pool service, and garbage pickup. Our lawn maintenance occurs every Monday, usually around noon and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. On Tuesdays and Fridays we have someone from CH Pools come out to check and clean the pool. Our pool service usually happens in the morning, as early as 7am but the timing can vary. Lastly we have garbage pick up on Mondays and you won’t have to deal with that because our concierge service includes picking up the garbage cans in the morning and returning them after the garbage pickup has occurred.

Another monthly service we have at the house is pest control which greatly reduces the bugs in and around our house. That said, this is the valley, and we can not completely avoid the potential for bugs. This is our second home in the area and it has thus far proven to be relatively bug free.

Beyond bugs, another thing about the Coachella Valley you should know about is the possibility of wind & sand. Whenever the temperature changes dramatically from one day to the next there is a good chance of a wind storm blowing sand everywhere in its path. This mostly occurs in the fall and spring and carries the potential of making a mess of the pool until the next pool cleaning day.

Our heated swimming pool is a smaller size and won’t accommodate a lot of people at the same time. It is configured to maintain 82 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). This means that the heater will first start up at 9am and if the water is below 82F degrees it'll start heating it and will stop once it hits that temperature. Depending on the weather conditions this may happen in the morning, later in the afternoon, or in some cases it may be too cold and stay below 82 degrees.

Speaking of the pool, we want to make you aware of our pool access alarms. All doors that exit to the pool area are equipped with a pool guard alarm system to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the pool, especially children. The pool guard alarm system will sound whenever someone enters the pool area without pressing the bypass button strategically placed beyond the reach of young children. It can take a little while to get in the habit of avoiding unintentional alarms but we hope you agree
