This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property nestled on 1.5 acres. It is the closest house to Hammonasset Beach State Park than any other in all of Madison... just walk across the street to the Greenway Trail which is a beautiful nature walk to the beach. Hammonasset Beach boasts 2 gorgeous miles of white sandy beach to relax, explore & enjoy!
The property has 2 separate rentable buildings, the main house and the carriage house. They are 50ft from each other and each has its own outdoor dining area and fire pit with seating. Your outdoor dining & firepit are not within view of the carriage apartment.

Wonderful stay

Kevin was the perfect host! Very responsive to any questions! The home is lovely! Very clean and the kitchen has anything you could possibly need! Safe area, easy access to Greenway and walk into charming Madison. Highly recommend!

Girls getaway

We were not disappointed. The home is beautiful, close to the beach and local shops. The space was super clean, the photos matched real life. We would love to book this space again. Having three bathrooms for 8women was perfect and necessary. Home away from home.

Charming cottage

We loved staying at this house. While it is old, it was nicely updated throughout and decorated. The house had all the room we needed for us to stay there. Everyone was comfy. We loved that the house had one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs for our elderly parents. We were close to a walking trail head that took us over to the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay! Don’t wait and book it!

Perfect stay with family/friend group

The house is charming. Spacious common areas, private bedrooms, nicely appointed, clean, thoughtful touches and amenities. Large eat-in kitchen had every item we’d ever need, room for several cooks, all updated and like new. Loved playing games in the cozy seating areas and used the yard, fire pit and patio to grill and play outdoor games. We had three couples plus mom. Space is plentiful for a gathering of up to four couples + a few kids. Easy walk to the beach. This is a special rental!

Great Location

We have stayed in rental homes from the east coast to the west for vacations. By far this home was the most comfortable and cleanest we have rented and the owner was very accommodating. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Place was amazing!

Stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend. Could not have been a better place to stay for the beach, right across the road. Kevin, the host, was very quick to respond and was very accommodating for my group. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful complex for family gathering

This is a beautiful, totally restored New England home that welcomes you in, with all the Amenities of a top shelf hotel. The owners Addressed all the details that someone might want or need. All the bedrooms are gorgeous and the mattresses are so comfy. the kitchen is fantastic, my entire family came to stay for graduation and celebration and this was the perfect property. We even took a walk over to the beach after dinner along the Greenway, and my family loved it. We also rented the carriage house, for the young parents with babies, and it is so well appointed and beautiful. We will definitely come back for another visit!

I'm originally from Montreal, Canada. Spent a few years traveling and living in different places & countries. UCONN alumni, and settled in Madison in 2003 where I've been a small business owner. We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. The house was vacant for many years, so it was a labor of love updating & remodeling in the spring of 2021. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This neighborhood is the closest to Hammonasset Beach State Park than any other. You can certainly drive the 1 mile, but the Greenway Trail is a beautiful wooded walking and biking trail just across the street that goes directly to the beach.

This property has 2 separate airbnb rentals on it... one is the main house that sleeps 8, and then this newly renovated, fully equipped carriage house apartment which is 50ft from the main house, has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. The only space shared between the 2 buildings is the driveway; you will have your own entrance, private outdoor patio set and fire-pit area. Relax and enjoy your stay!"
