Charming 100 year old cottage, 3 blocks to Main Street. Lovingly restored with attention to designer details & amenities, East Creek Cottage is a luxury experience. Enjoy naps on the screened porch daybed swing, moonlit outdoor showers & bubble baths in a clawfoot tub, and kicking back in the "whiskey shed". BBQ on a Traeger under a massive shade tree, gather around a firepit and dine under an outdoor chandelier. We have thought of everything to help you escape and create lifelong memories.
The space
East Creek Cottage is so much more than a place to sleep. It is a destination in and of itself. It is a gorgeous get away with stunning details throughout. The reclaimed wood beams, antique metal ceiling tiles, vintage glass transoms, chandeliers adorning every room, and stunning yet cozy furnishings will make you feel as if you have stepped into the pages of a luxury magazine. Luxury bath robes, towel wraps, hair dryers, toiletries, adjustable beds with pillow top mattresses and the softest sheets ever provide all you need for total relaxation. Vanities with seats and full length mirrors in every room even make getting ready for a night out a beautiful experience. Cozy throws, a fully equipped kitchen, a front porch with rockers for morning coffee, a "whiskey shed" with a tv, leather furniture, and vintage style refrigerator opens up to an outside bar complete with whimsical swings instead of stools. Enjoy the outdoors and gorgeous sunsets with yard games including cornhole, jenga, and more. There are plenty of adirondack chairs to play and relax with friends and family. Ride our cruiser bicycles and take in the charm of the historical homes on the streets of Fredericksburg. The outdoor clawfoot tub and shower is private and secure and truly an incredible and unique experience. No detail has been overlooked to make your stay perfect.

Girls Trip Getaway

Very beautiful house with every amenity you can imagine! Well-stocked kitchen, baths and fabulous back porch and yard with a pool and hot tub! We had an amazing time. We were able to walk to town for dinner and shopping which was a plus! I highly recommend this home and we will stay here again!

A Fredericksburg Must, Full of Charm!

My sister and two sister-in-laws had the most wonderful time staying in your home! So full of charm and the perfect way to experience the area. We walked to town every night. Every detail was perfect and so intentional. We will absolutely rent with you again! We loved it. Next time with our husbands and take full advantage of the man cave, which was so cool!!!

Perfect Girls Weekend

We celebrated my friend’s bachelorette over the weekend and had a wonderful stay here. Every aspect of the property is wonderful. The house itself is decorated beautiful and very clean. The outdoor space is AMAZING! We had so much fun using the pool and hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Every detail you can imagine

Wow! Just wow! Clean, spacious, and all the essentials you could ask for. The mattresses/bedding were wonderful and home was beautifully decorated! Great backyard space! We were a group of 7 ladies and all fell in love with the place, we will definitely be back!!! We could tell the amount of thought and effort was put into remodeling this beautiful home. Thank you!

Wonderful

The house did not disappoint! It was full of charm with no detail missed. It was so nice to each have a robe, toiletries, and all the necessities in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the backyard was perfect for winding down the day. The location allowed for an easy walk to Main Street!

CUTE! PERFECT

We stayed here for the Great Eclipse and had a lovely weekend. Walked into town, great location. Very lovingly curated home with all the amenities and just a perfect weekend getaway. Every carefully selected item was related to an overall theme of the property. We would definitely come back.

Sister Bachelorette weekend

At the point of looking properties at VRBO this location was above the others. And it was better in person, it had all the amenities that we needed, location walking distance to Main, rooms, the fire pit and plenty of space for the 8 of us to enjoy. Susan was great checking in and making us feel welcome during our stay. I will recommend this location to anyone it does not disappoint.

Girls weekend

This amazing cottage was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Easy walk to Main st., safe surroundings even when walking after sunset. Every imaginable need/want was accounted for and far surpassed our expectations. The decor was stunning, the beds/linens were luxurious and we all wanted to stay there forever.highly recommend.

Girls Weekend

Luxury Girls Weekend Perfection totally surpassed our expectations this house is perfect for a girls getaway. The beds were so comfortable, every detail thought of from the make up removal towels in the bathrooms to the fully equipped kitchen! We would definitely go back:) The house was very clean and all the decor charming. It is only a short walk to Main Street which was ideal for us to enjoy dinner in town after a day visiting the local wineries.

Amazing Weekend!

Staying at The East Creek Cottage was the BEST experience we have ever had with a Vrbo property. Not only is the home gorgeous but we did not want for anything! It was so amazing that none of us wanted to leave so we bought groceries and cooked instead of eating out. Such a relaxing atmosphere! Thank you Suzan for making sure we had a wonderful weekend! We cannot wait to stay again!

Girls weekend

The house is absolutely charming. I spent the weekend here with 5 friends for a ladies’ retreat. We were greeted with the most delightful surprise when we opened the door. The decor pulled us in and made us feel like we had just walked into “Heaven for girls.” We were spoiled and pampered with fluffy couches and velvety chairs. We slept on clouds of soft linens and snuggly pillows. We were swinging on porch beds and reading by candlelight. We giggled and laughed in the stag lounge and warmed our feet by the fire. The host doesn’t miss a thing! This was PERFECT! There were so many sweet surprises. This is the place you want to go for mimosas and merriment. We left Cuvée after 45 minutes in their private room because we would rather enjoy our wine and charcuterie In this charming home. I love my girls and this home made a lasting impression on us all. The host is truly a master at fostering friendship. Thank you so much. We will definitely visit again.

Milestone Birthday Weekend

Our stay was amazing! Went to Fredericksburg for a milestone birthday girl’s weekend. The property was perfect for our group of 8. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to just hang out, cook meals and create fantastic memories. The property is in the perfect location for a safe walk to Main Street for shopping, eating out and nightlife. The hosts were ready and willing to assist with anything that came up. Would definitely book this property again.

Girls trip for 4 ladies

We had a small group of 4 ladies and this home was perfect!! We LOVED the amenities and “speakeasy”/cigar lounge. It was a bit warm in a few of the rooms at night, however, it has been an unusually warm season for sure. But the house certainly made up for that with all the character!! If you need a private tour then call Forrest Meadows at 830-992-9416 he was fantastic.

Beautiful VRBO

The house is beautiful! It has everything you need. So much thought and work went into the design of this home. We loved all the detail from the beautiful bedding to the toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this home to my friends and family.
