Great place! Everything was just like the listing said — super clean and comfy. Loved hanging out on the terrace, it was perfect for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and in a safe part of town located a short walk from downtown. The view was incredible and the check in/out process was easy- would return to this house when I come back to Ventura

I stayed here for 25 days. The view is amazing, short walk to downtown. I felt this was Sunny days responded quickly to questions I had about the property.

We enjoyed our stay and Ventura. This studio was perfect for two. Lights light from windows. No AC but that was OK. With the windows open all we needed was a fan to keep the air moving. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and even some spices in the cupboard. And having a washer and dryer at our disposal a real plus.We enjoyed the view from the patio with our coffee every morning!

Great Neighborhood Great Views

This is a great studio apartment. I rented it because it has a full kitchen and I appreciated the opportunity to bake a favorite recipe while staying there. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I hope to stay here again.

I stayed for a month total. I loved the property and the location. Wished I could have rented permanently! Such a beautiful View, and I felt safe and very comfortable . I would highly recommend this place and best of all was how fantastic Sunny Days were with their responses.I would highly recommend this place!

Loved this place!

Excellent location for visiting Ventura! We walked to the beach (approx 15-20min) and to the Main St pedestrian zone (10min). Clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio soaking up the view and the sun. We will definitely be back!

Property was excellent. Only downside was parking as I had to park a half block away most of the time due to number of cars parked on the street. Other than that it was a very nice experience

Cute Apartment with an Awesome View

This cute apartment was a convenient walk to downtown and midtown Ventura. It was very clean, a very comfortable bed, an awesome ocean view, bright, good shower water pressure, nice kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker, and laundry inside!

VRBO with a fantastic view

We really enjoyed our four day stay at this location. The bed was extremely comfortable and was a Tempur-pedic that was adjustable. The TV is only streaming which is fine and the TV is gigantic should you need to use it. finally, the view at night, watching the sunset over the ocean, and Channel Island was enjoyable each evening.
