Wonderful!!!

We stay at regal palms every time we visit Florida and this condo was one of the best we have rented! Everything was very clean and organized in a way that made us feel at home right away.

My family has stayed in this particular unit twice now. Property is located close to the lazy river. Publix is around the corner.

Awesome host

This property was everything in the pictures!! It was so nice, neat, and clean!! The host was awesome and was very accommodating. The only thing we had a problem with was the hot water. I think because we had 9 people showering that the hot water kept running out so we all had to split the showers. Like some took showers in the morning and some at night so the hot water wouldn't keep running out on us. Other than that, I give Debbie's place 5 stars because we didn't have any other problems.

Birthday Trip

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had everything we needed plus more in the house and on the resort. You literally only needed your clothes and resort fee which is super cheap for your stay because she had everything you needed right in the home. It was a great location not too far from the parks. Host was super nice and made sure to check on us while we were staying on property.She even left us a cute little Easter basket of treats which was a plus since we went the week of Easter. My family loved every part of our stay here and made our trip experience a 10 out of 10!! She also made it easier for traveling with kids by having strollers and toys already on hand to use for FREE ! Will definitely be booking again next time we come back. Thank you so much !!!!

Grandson’s 5th Birthday

We stayed here during our Disney trip for our Grandson’s 5th birthday & it was perfect. The house is just like the pictures. Debbie was awesome to accommodate my request to have the Spider-Man bedding in the room our Grandson was sleeping in. We enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond behind the house & the pool area was great-Apollo loved the waterslide! There was enough parking for our 3 cars which was great since we couldn’t travel together. Had a little trouble at check-in, but the registration desk called Miss Debbie and it was taken care of right then! There is everything you need in the closets-toys, strollers-yes there is more than 1, pool toys for the pool area, pool towels, & extra roll away beds! The kitchen is equipped as well, plenty of dishes, cups and utensils for the adults and there are dishes, cups & utensils for the little ones too-just bring extra trash bags for your garbage-there were 2 supplied, we could’ve used 1 more, and all trash has to be in a bag😉. If you have a big family and are planning a trip to the Orlando area I definitely recommend you stay here 😊. We totally enjoyed our stay & will stay again in the future. Thank you Debbie for helping make our trip awesome!😁

Above and beyond for a family with kids

This was truly a great stay. We stay all of the time with VRBO and other sites and this was truly well above advertised. 1) The kitchen was fully stocked and my wife had everything she needed to easily cook meals for three kids. There were even kids plates. Coffee (both Keurig and regular) as already there and so it was great for me. 2) The house is AMAZINGLY kid friendly. There was a stairway gate already in place if you needed it. There was a pack and play and other things ready to go. We did not need to stay on the first floor as a result of these things. 3) The resort itself was really fun for a 10 year old and 8 year old. There was enough to do that they actually just wanted to stay at the pool with the waterslide and lazy river all day. 4) I liked the location because there was a grocery store and decent restaurants immediately nearby. Plus, I didn't have to deal with all of the hoopla of staying in the middle of traffic jams just to get a bite to eat. 5) Finally, and most importantly, Debbie was an amazing host. She asked me about check-in and made sure I didn't need anything else during our stay. We ABSOLUTELY will be staying here again.

Great property! Close to shops and parks

My family of 5 plus my sister visited Orlando for thanksgiving. The townhome was very spacious. I especially liked that were three bathrooms! It was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we need including 2 coffee pots (one regular and one keurig) nice dishes for the adults and plenty of kid friendly dishes/cups for my 4 year old! We arrived late the first day and it was so nice to drive less than 2 minutes for food at Sunday’s and grab a few items at Publix. We were very close to SeaWorld which was awesome! We went Black Friday shopping at a local outlet that was super close. We enjoyed our last day at the resort pool and had tons of fun swimming and at the arcade. We will definitely book again when we go back for Disney!

Good Weekend Getaway

Rented this townhome for the weekend for my daughters 13th birthday. The home was big enough for all of us, clean and not to far from the pool area. Kids enjoyed the pool, lazy River and slide. It was a little chilly outside but the pool was heated so that was amazing. It’s definitely a place we’d stay again. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.

Family Getaway

We came with our family that included 2 younger kids. The gate on the steps was an added security that eased our minds. Many extra touches in case you forgot anything. Cot and pack n play in closet as well as booster seats, toys and a wagon. Also had everything you need in the kitchen and toiletries. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean. Plenty large enough for our group. Kitchen was impressively stocked with coffee pot, toaster and plenty of dishes! Laundry soap, dish soap, and linens all provided. Will definitely book again

Home away from Home!

Regal palm review If you have any doubt about the legitimacy or accuracy of this property/resort, rest assured that this place delivers! The property was so inviting and my family and I were very comfortable! The place was cleaned, comfortably accommodated 6 of us and felt like a home away from home! The check in and checkout process was seamless. The communication with the host was great, prompt and always courteous! We were far enough away from the “busy-ness” of Disney/Universal yet close enough for a quick drive to all of the attractions that the Orlando, FL area has to offer. And if vacating is truly your desire, this resort has an amazing pool and even a LAZY RIVER!! Food, dessert and adult beverage options onsite as well! The entire family, from ages 13-67 thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our visit. We will MOST definitely return again!

Son’s Birthday weekend

The house was nice and clean had everything we needed. Owners had a welcome sign for us and birthday balloons for our son loved that they went the extra mile. The also allowed the puppy to come that’s really nice cause we got to bring the puppy on his trip. Will book again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Not only do you get a 4BD, 3BA townhome but you have the luxury of being in a resort. When I visited the resort for the first time in April of 2021 I instantly felt like I was in the Caribbean, felt like a trip I had taken to Jamaica. Enormous pool, lazy river, jazcuzzi, and a hair braiding booth!
