Make the most out of your ski-cation at this family-friendly, two-story condo! Enjoy a prime location mere steps away from the lifts, mountain and ski views, and access to your own private hot tub on the balcony. Come back from the slopes to snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace and watch a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV with cable. If you start feeling hungry, the well-equipped kitchen has your back no matter what. Featuring a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and so much more, it will make cooking a breeze for sure! There is a convenient breakfast bar with two chairs that together with the six-person dining table will make wonders for mealtime.

One bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a full bathroom can be found on this level. The other two bedrooms plus one full bathroom are located upstairs. Both bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and the bathroom also features a washer/dryer.

Great stay at a lovely property in a good location near the center of the village. Ski out access is excellent but probably not for rank beginners. It doesn't exactly have ski and access you have to walk around one side of the building or another or climb the steep ski and access

Average property close to lifts and village

The property is well situated for couples and families as it is a short walk to the village and you can ski in/out on the north side of the property.The unit itself is rather dated and many items require repair and deep cleaning. These units are quite old therefore, the sound-proofing between the units is minimal. Parking is available underground and because of the convenient location, we were able to leave our vehicle untouched for a week.

Great location but not clean.

Loved the space, it was laid out well. It was nice and close to the lifts but required walking to get there. The sheets and towels were clean but the unit was not at all. Thankfully the rental managers helped resolve the issue by refunding us the cleaning fee. The view from the hot tub was stunning. I would rent the unit again but I would definitely make sure ahead of time it had been properly cleaned. I appreciated the managing staff helped resolve our issues.

Location, location, location!

GREAT LOCATION! Great space. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!!! Few minor negatives- -Stove/oven outdated, oven temp is way off, kind of a bummer for a group that really likes to cook. -Upstairs shower pressure pretty low. -Upstairs bathroom sink drained really slow.

Big White Townhouse

We had a great time skiing at Big White. The location of the townhouse was great. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the village, Market store and restaurants. It was also easy to walk to the ski runs to ski down to the lifts. Parking under the townhouse was also great but we had to figure out where to get the parking pass from as it was unclear if we had to pay at the Big White Check in or if Vacasa provided a pass which we eventually found in their office. The townhouse had great space and we enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. The only real issue was that it wasn’t all that clean. There was dust all over the headboard and side tables on the main floor bedroom along with chip crumbs beside the bed. There were hairs on the shower walls and bathroom. We found a half used water bottle in the upstairs double bedroom, and the microwave had left over food bits in it. A bit more thorough of a cleaning would have been good.

Very nice location, super clean suites, has hot bath tub and big open rooms. Loved the place. The property manager was very humble and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who want to visit Kelowna.

Big White Ski Trip

This rental was clean, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Was everything we needed for our trip, including a private hot tub! Location was perfect! Would stay again.

Decent place great location!

This place needs a bit of attention in small areas and it could be a 4.5 star review with some TLC. The single beds upstairs were very creaky enough to wake someone up. The fridge leaked water and took awhile to get ahold of someone and no oone ended up coming to look at it while we were there. (24 hour past phone call complaint so we had to keep a towel on the floor the whole time). The hot tub is outdated but still works fine. The showers have very little water pressure. Also the parking pass was no where to be found so we parked with no pass and risked being towed. We did not get towed. The kitchen is stocked really well but the oven was reaking of oven cleaner so we did not use it incase it infused the food. Great location not exactly ski to door but close.

Great location!

We stayed for four nights over the holidays with our two boys. The location is fantastic, the place is well laid out and Vacasa was extremely responsive when we had a few questions and a maintenance issue. Areas for improvement: The master bed is a touch too hard and the kitchen lacked some basic requirements like coffee filters, salt, pepper, oven mitts etc which made cooking meals a bit harder.
