The full kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and all the tools you need to create delicious vacation meals. Each curated bedroom features a ceiling fan for custom guest comfort, and the main bedroom features a private balcony. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone can pack light. Spring Break

We loved the townhome. It was well appointed and the pond was beautiful and tranquil. It was a close walk to the beach. We rented bikes and loved biking throughout the area. Perfect spring break!

Perfect Beach Condo

Seaside Half Marathon Stay

Property was convenient to Seaside (approx. 7 min drive). Beach access was a fairly easy walk (we didnt take beach items, just ourselves). Community could definitely use some attention, like pressure washing wood and repairs!

Time to Relax

The home and location were so relaxing with the view of the pond, walking trails through the original Florida palms and trees, and short walk to beach. Home was clean with comfortable furniture and decor.

Perfect Out of the Way Getaway

We rented the property for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. We really enjoyed being away from the crowds and the quiet surroundings of this property. We would certainly rent it again in the future.

Very good stay

The home was clean and very close to the beach- had a couple hiccups but was attended to very quickly!! Could use some more kitchen things but I would def recommend it. Pools were close and beach walking distance- Very good stay!!

Very nice location

We loved the location of this unit. The neighborhood was quiet and the short 9 minute walk to the beach was excellent. With the exception of the inconsistent wi-fi we were very pleased with this rental for the week.

Great location in quiet area

We enjoyed a great stay in Cassine Gardens. Great location with short walk across street to public beach access. Bike rental within walking distance. Close enough to bike to Seaside. Could hear neighbors through walls but not extreme. Would stay here again

Great Little getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It had everything we needed and was quiet. The unit was on a pond with a fountain which was nice. Had my tea out on the bedroom balcony each morning. Thanks

Very smooth experience all around. All around very nice. If I had to pick anything it’d be that the back door was tough to open and the screen door very difficult to slide. The front screen door needs repair also but again, minor issues.

Great place with a nice view of water fountain and wooden bridge.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck and listening to the water from the fountain on the small lake behind us. The kitchen has everything that you would need to prepare meals if you desired. The living area was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The two bedrooms on the second floor were both spacious with walk in closets. The pool is directly across the road and the beach access in a short walk across 30A. One thing that we didn’t realize was that there was an outside shed filled with beach equipment. This was not advertised so we brought our own beach chairs. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Run down. dangerous extension cords. Washer outside and rusted interior. Sofa & chair terrible. Absolutely overpriced. We moved out after two days. After ten years will not use VRBO again.

Great stay, great home, and great week!

The week started out well with an “early check in” for our stay and only got better from there. We loved the location both for the beach and the nearness to the pool. The layout of the condo was perfect and the fast response from Vacasa when we called about the coffee carafe being missing was outstanding. We will definitely rent from Vacasa again and this location in Cassine Gardens is one of our favorites.

Home Away from Home

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea home. The beach is only 5 minutes walking; and only accessible to area residents. We spent more time at the beach this trip visiting beaches along the 30A beach community. The property is located in a perfect beach community for families close to Seagrove and Seaside, FL. The interior is nicely decorated and furnished with modern style. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are pleased to book this home with Vacasa.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was a few short steps from one of the community pools. 7 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants very close by with a couple that are within a very short walk. The neighborhood is very peaceful, especially at night. We will probably stay here again at some point.

Great location and spacious unit

We booked late in the game and we’re very fortunate to have found this place still available. A two story unit with two full bedrooms both on second floor. The back patio overlooks a beautiful pond surrounded by beautiful woods. The unit was equipped with all bad appliances included a Kuerig and drip coffee maker and a gas grill on back patio (this was a surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the listing which I advised Vacasa to make sure thats included in listing as its an attractive feature) and a washer and dryer. The walk to the beach via the One Seagrove condo complex public access entrance was 6-7 minutes and wasn’t bad. Several restaurants and shops within 5-10 minute walking distance. Has to contact the Vacasa staff a few times regarding minor issues/questions and staff was very responsive. Will definitely consider staying again.
