Quatre chambres, 2 salles de bains du ciel en bord de mer! Détendez-vous sur notre belle terrasse couverte qui se vautre dans l'ensemble du front de mer de notre maison; une tasse de café le matin en regardant le lever du soleil, vous vous sentirez comme une personne différente.

Ce ne sont pas les maisons du passé; nous avons planchers de bois franc à travers notre maison; granit cuisine contertop parfait pour la préparation de ce Frogmore Stew! Aménagement intérieur coloniaux britanniques, douche chaude et froide que vous sortez de votre excursion plage.

Nous dormons 12 alors amenez votre famille et vos amis; avec un parking couvert pour six voitures, c'est facile!

Deux chambres de maître en font une maison parfaite pour deux familles à partager; avec une entrée privée sur les deux qui ouvre sur la terrasse couverte avec vue directe privés plage / océan. Glissez et profiter d'une promenade sur la plage au clair de lune sur l'océan.

Edisto est une plage pour votre famille de profiter de l'autre; pas de feux de circulation, pas de hautes tours; une plage où tout le monde connaît votre nom.

Notre taux hebdomadaire est pour dimanche - dimanche semaines et si ce n'est pas pour vous, nous avons également des taux tous les soirs pour essayer de vous aider avec votre emploi du temps.

Amazing beachfront home

If you’re looking for an effortless and relaxing stay with breathtaking views, this home is perfect!! Our fur babies enjoyed it too! The open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy family time, while the bedrooms have an amazing view which is perfectly calm and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and can’t wait for our next stay!!!

Very peaceful and beautiful view

Very nice and clean plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Really liked the lay out of the house. Awesome view of dolphins. Kids found lots of shark teeth.

Perfect stay with pets

Great house layout with ample covered parking. House and grounds were great for dogs. Nice big rooms and plenty of space. Kitchen has everything. Bring bath mat or extra towel for shower floor. Porch is enclosed which is nice for kids and dogs. Clean with good WiFi.

Perfect family vacation

We had an amazing time at Sandy Bottoms. The house was honestly one of the best we've ever stayed in. The house was comfortable, and the views were amazing! We will definitely be back here again.

We'll be back!

What a perfect spot for a family getaway! The covered deck was our favorite feature. From the deck we watched the ever-changing sea and skies from early morning sunrises to night time stars, high tides to low tides. We enjoyed it all!

Another fabulous week at Edisto

We loved celebrating family birthdays at Sandy Bottoms again this year. What a great house and setting for a leisurely week before the mad rush of the holidays. Our pups loved walking on the beach and frolicking in the ocean. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great vacation house!

Great house for our family. Beachfront covered porch with great views for everyone. Spacious underhouse parking. Kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed. House was spotless on arrival. Pet- friendly house was a plus, our dog loved the porch. Would defiantly stay again.

Paradise

Such a great place to get my family together. We all fellin love with this place. Very nice well stocked kitchen where my sons made all of the wonderful meals using the freshest seafood. The beach was wonderful with spectacular sunrises and sunsets,a thunderstorm made it exciting. The best location. The only problem we had was that one of the drawers in the refrigerator had melted ice from shrimp in it which made the whole refrigerator smell. We kept washing the drawer but couldn't get the smell out. We're still talking about our great time. Hope to come back next year!

The perfect beach experience!

What a great house! The beachfront location made it so easy to come and go to the beach at our leisure. The view from the porch is spectacular! We elected not to watch TV or listen to music as we were mesmerized by the sound of crashing waves just outside our door. The house was beautiful and well set up. The pictures shown on line do not do it justice. It is obvious that the owners are proud of the house and take great care to make sure the renters have a wonderful experience. The rental company did an excellent job with communications and keeping us informed of anything we needed to know. This was our first visit to Edisto. We are already making plans to return and will schedule it around the availability of this house.

A True Ocean Front Home

This was by far the best beach home we’ve stayed in. The best part is without opening any windows or doors, you can hear the crashing waves. Coming from the mountains, this was a real treat, and natural lullaby while sleeping. The home was well equipped with all you need to prepare gourmet meals. We enjoyed the large covered deck overlooking that beautiful beach and vast ocean. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We’ll definitely be back!

Our trip to Sundy Bottoms was very enjoyable for the whole family. There was adequate room for all 10 people.

Enjoyed our visit very much. This is the first house our family has ever rented and if the occasion should ever arise again, I feel sure we would first to see if Sandy Bottoms was available

Paradise

Well we always try to find different locations to go on vacation but we may have found our go to spot. This house and location were amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. Everything worked fine and we had everything we needed in the house. The best part of this house is the location, right on the beach and the ocean can be seen from just about every room in the house except the two front roadside bedrooms. You can actually hear the ocean at night in the front bedrooms when everything is silent inside. The covered porch facing the ocean is one of the best places here, we stayed there a lot because you feel like you are sitting on the beach from here. Amazing property that will not disappoint! We had to cut our vacation short because of Hurricane Ian but that's ok we found our spot and can't wait to go back soon! The host was very responsive when we had a question and were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if your looking for that perfect vacation spot.

Edisto Beach Winter Getaway

My husband and I wanted to have a few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have always loved Edisto and have visited almost every year with relatives who live in the area. This year we wanted a place on the water with all the amenities, and room for our granddaughters to come and visit with their parents. Somehow I lucked out in finding a time that would work and a home that was appealing. We were not prepared for the beauty and comfort of the house until we opened the door. The house is very clean and comfortable, and it is flawlessly decorated with an appropriate beach-y theme. Four bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms between them make for efficient use of space. Modern appliances provide for the renters’ needs. The fabulous beach is right outside the front, only a few footsteps (30) away. The deck extends further than surrounding houses, so your view is unobstructed in either direction. Shelling, beach combing, and bird watching have been great but the biggest treat came this morning about 10:30 when a large pod of dolphins entertained us by feeding right off shore. The fishing must have been successful because they continued, competing with the pelicans, for almost an hour. Being here for a week gave our two children time enough to bring our three granddaughters here for a visit. The girls were delighted to be at the beach and have time to play with each other. They have begged for another week at this great home, so we are ready to reserve a week in the early Spring. No other place will satisfy any of us after Sandy Bottoms. Thank you for this wonderful getaway. Ten stars if it were possible!

I love Sandy Bottoms and have stayed their with my family for over 10 years.

When I requested the need to repair a board on the stairs leading to the house, I was calling the wrong number. As soon as I called Edisto Beach Rentals, the repairman was out in less than an hour. He not only fixed that one step but reinforced all of them. I plan to book the house for next year and will set up the payment immediately to insure that I am able to get it.
