2 Bedroom 2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen bed 1 Murphy bed upstairs. 2 TV's, DVD, wireless internet, electric BBQ on rear deck, gas log fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, single garage, hot tub. This two story home is very comfortable and has lots of light. It is right across the street from the ocean and not too far from actual ocean access. Has very nice ocean views. You enter from the downstairs and both bedrooms and bathrooms are on this lower level. The upper level is all one large room, consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area and the murphy bed. There is a deck off the upper floor and a deck/sitting area off of the master bedroom. This home is dog friendly. The hot tub is on the patio off of the master bedroom downstairs. This is in a wonderful location for walking around the neighborhood, and close to the Fiscalini Ranch walking trails.

Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an early family Christmas in Cambria. Brought up a ham and all the fixings. Kitchen was a good size and had what we needed to warm up everything and serve. The proximity to the ocean and the sunsets were a bonus. Would stay here again.
