Une gracieuse maison de Park Hill avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un bain à remous et des jardins isolés. A partir du moment où vous vous enfermez dans le cadre enchanteur, vous sentez l’élément particulier de cette maison. Le jardin clos devant vous invite à vous asseoir, à savourer une tasse de thé et à profiter du magnifique jardin. Le bain à remous est niché dans un kiosque de jardin pour votre plaisir. Une fois à l'intérieur, l'ambiance est indéniablement influencée par la mer. Une cheminée confortable, réchauffe un salon accueillant avec une cuisine complète à proximité. Les trois chambres sont joliment décorées et offrent une vue sur le jardin privé. Tout au long de cette maison spéciale, des touches vous rappelleront le cadeau spécial que Mère Nature a accordé à Cambria. À une courte promenade du parc Shamel et du magnifique océan de Cambria, un endroit merveilleux pour vous isoler des discordances de la vie quotidienne. It has become our happy go-to for our annual get-together. It's clean, bright, airy, quiet and serene. The front and rear garden areas are delightful - and lovely! There's a nature walk just across the road, plus the neighborhood is great to walk in. We absolutely love it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 5 women were looking for a get away and found this house on Vrbo. It truly was "A Gift from the Sea". Plenty of space for all of us. Lovely patios and even their neighbors were friendly. They had a brand new BBQ too. We didn't end up using the spa. To make it perfect, it would be nice if the living room furniture was replaced or at least bolstered up. A few of the beds could be replaced as well. But overall we would stay there again. Easy check in/out at the management company too.

Great location

We liked that the home is located close to trails for walking and bike riding. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The only negative is that the hot tub didn't get as warm as we would have liked.

The front and back fenced areas were perfect with the little one. The hot tub a nice plus! Lovely flowers attracted hummingbirds and lizards! Both delightful! The kitchen has everything you need with generous extras. Three bedrooms and two baths very comfortable. With Fiscalini trails and views across the street location provided added appeal. We rode our bikes to moonstone beach, but needed a lift back up because of the steep hill. No problem! The rental company was very responsive with questions.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambria. The weather was picture perfect, the home had everything we needed and more! Loved being near the beach and the challenge of hiking up the hill. We will definitely be back !!

Wonderful Retreat by the Sea

We loved the location - the entrance to Fiscalini Ranch is literally opposite the house and it’s also within walking distance to the beach. The house itself has a large living area, 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen and lovely outdoor space. The hot tub, off-street parking and laundry were also great additions. We will absolutely return in the future!

Single Story excellently Cleaned Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property three times now, and it continues to be immaculate and spotlessly clean upon entry. The single story layout is particularly great for an older couple or friends. The location is wonderful for seeing ocean views, and the restaurants to both sides of the town. We ate at Robin’s and Linn’s and the food was again wonderful. Robin’s was particularly adaptable and friendly to seating us immediately inside due to my partners’ use of a walker and inability to use the stairs. Inside the property again, bars would be a great safety feature inside the master bedroom’s shower. When we first arrived we called to have the shower door hung to move. In five minutes handyman arrived and fixed it. The living room furniture looked well taken care of; however the chairs and the couch were very difficult to get out of. Nonetheless, this is a perfectly located, and well cleaned property for a family or friends in their three bedroom home.Nonetheless it is clean,
