Propriété Great Lodge Hill. Le salon et les chambres ont une vue sur l'océan complète. La maison offre un plancher ouvert avec cheminée. Il s'agit d'une maison de deux chambres, avec l'option de sommeil supplémentaire pour 2 autres avec un canapé-lit. Le pont, avec des sièges, une table et un barbecue couvre la longueur de la maison et est parfait pour regarder le coucher du soleil. Internet sans fil!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Breen Vacation for 12 years now and stayed in several homes. This is by far our favorite place to stay! We have stayed in this home for the past 5 years now and it’s is so beautiful and peaceful! It was nice to see that they replaced several of the screens so you could open the windows. The one and only thing I would live to see if blinds on the bedroom sliders...I don’t mind getting up early but on vacation you want to sleep in a bit! But that is our one and only thing we wish we had with this house! We already can’t wait until next year!!

Amazing ocean views and beautiful sunsets off the deck

The location of the beautiful home in Cambria was complete with ocean views from the deck and amazing sunsets while barbecuing! I would rate the decks a 20 out of 10! Perfect for morning coffee, reading a book from their incredible library, or sharing a meal watching the sunset! The home had big windows and while inside you felt like you were outside too!! We did not mind the beautiful drive to Cal Poly for our son’s graduation! Hearing the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze is one of my other favorite memories as well as exploring the little town and visiting the ocean! I hope to return again very soon!!! The central coast is paradise!!! Not as much traffic as So Cal or San Fran and the perfect stop if visiting busy cities!

Cambria Rental - Best Ocean Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent, we would rent again! The house is very nice and in a good location - we enjoyed Cambria and Paso Robles. House was spotless. The view is good as advertised, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook including a nice induction stove. The bedrooms are below the main level (stairs down), and the office is above (stairs up). Heat worked did not try AC. Two nice bathrooms, good showers, good internet. Bring your netflix password. Our vehicle (Chevy Tahoe) did not fit into the garage, the driveway is short, and there is no street parking, but we were fine parking on an angle in the drive. The Breen manager was very nice and professional. All in all - great.

Property description was not acccurate

While the house is beautiful, it does NOT have a charger in the garage. It has a plug for a charger. But no one carries around a charging cable and without one you can't charge. We arrived at the residence with 24 miles on our Tesla and the closest supercharger was 30+ miles away in Paso Robles. We ended up going to a motel in town to charge for 4 hours at Chargepoint to get enough charge to get to a supercharger. In addition to this annoyance, the house was a bit dirty with animal hair, etc. Also it did not stock any type of amenity like coffee, shampoo, etc. The bathrooms had small hotel type soaps. Lastly the property management office asked us to come by and "sign a contract" but only had limited office hours, which, between having to charge and our tours scheduled at Hearst Castle, means we couldn't make it. But not sure why we'd have to again sign something? For the price we paid we expected more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and the views are incredible. We very much enjoyed our stay although we had two issues. One was that the BBQ had no propane and the second was that the fire alarm in the master bedroom went off twice (there was no fire) including at 2am! These are issues that could easily been prevented through proper maintenance.

Nice and quiet with great views

Nice enough but a few problems. 1. No sugar in house. 2. Both bedrooms had sliding doors with no shades or curtains, full moon and early morning sun. 3. Bedrooms shared one bath, the other bathroom is upstairs. 4. There are frying pans that don’t work on the induction cooktop. Should not be in the house, they are useless. Super quiet and nice views a plus. And close to town. Great walk in Fiscalini Ranch just north.

Beautiful ocean views!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house has stunning ocean views - beautiful sunrises & sunsets from almost every room in the house. My recommendation is to the cleaning team: pls pay attention to the windows; my husband had to clear many spider webs from the dinning and kitchen windows.

The views are amazing and the home accommodating. There were a few issues primarily related to cleaning & maintenance.. The living room rug was not vacuumed thoroughly as there was a wad of gum & debris under the coffee table. The upstairs bathroom sink was clogged & drained slowly.. There was no glass cleaner available to clean glass surfaces, I.e. glass dining table...One bathroom ran out of TP and we could not find any in the home. Also Property Management was difficult to contact. They need to answer their phone on a more consistent basis rather than leaving voice mails.Other than these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay! In fact, this was one of our favorite rental homes in the Cambria area. We will Definitely rent again.
