The house features large windows, warm redwood interior and has been updated preserving its original minimalistic Mid Century Modern character. With one bedroom, one bath, you and one other guest can enjoy the stunning unobstructed ocean views of the Pacific in comfort and peace. Single level living, fantastic location, with unsurpassed hiking trails just steps away at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, the ambiance of the home itself helps provide a peaceful and relaxing vacation setting. Sit in front of the large bay windows indoors or recline in the Adirondack chairs just outside the living room to check out the views from this cottage; either way you'll be amazed with the beauty of the Central Coast. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The spacious kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking and entertainment needs. We loved this beach house in Cambria. We love the beautiful cove & the unmatched view. It's close to everything in the area & fully worth taking at least a day to stay home & enjoy the beach & house. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cambria.

Our focus was entirely on the dramatic and breathtaking ocean views and the thunderous breaking of the waves on the rocks. We easily overlooked some leaking in the roof due to a roaring storm. It just made the adventure more exciting. We felt like we were glamping on the ocean, but the bed was very comfortable and the place offered serene simplicity. Not your average vacation rental but the only place to stay in Cambria.
A rainbow highlighted our magnificent view.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views of the ocean and sound of waves crashing made it for a perfect base for our explorations of the area. The house had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and easy. It’s a truly unique place with great character. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were able to view the sea and Fiscali Ranch in all its variety of colors and hear the waves from anywhere in the house. The living area is small but well planned out. The stove pipes were a charming touch to the electric fireplaces! It's ideal if you're looking for a quiet place that feels like a cozy home.

An answering service over the telephone. Staying in aa historical home is interesting. Too bad the owners are going to tear the home down rather than restore and update the home. The kitchen and bath were not clean. Only one set of towels and one bath tablet for soap for two people for 10 days. Four small windows for fresh air, one of them inoperable. In spite of that, the home was delightful.
The sunsets made it all worthwhile.

What a sweet nest. Funky cool mid mod architecture. But the location is what’s unbeatable. Hikes at Fiscallini. Saw dolphins, sea lion sunbathing, Deer by the front door, otters out the back. Truly special place. And Cambria is a hidden gem.

This location is amazing! This is the perfect place to enjoy exploring the area or just sitting and watching the waves. We had otters every day, tons of birds, and even a dolphin sighting. Wonderful place.

Wonderful

We love visiting Cambria and this is the best place we’ve stayed so far. The location is absolutely amazing. Fiscalini Ranch just a short walk away. The only thing was the kitchen does not have much lighting and the stove is electric. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely love to come back.

Road trip was a Xmas present from wife so combined it with her B’day and 51st wedding anniversary. Great place with wonderful ocean views. Explored the area for several days, tours of the castle, etc. Perfect unique rental for a couple.
