- Walk right out to the white sand from the comfort of our charming building - a high-end hotel in the past - with New York-style design, red carpets, gold stairs, and by the sand!
- Steps away walking to the marina, boats, Shoreline Village, the harbor & the Lighthouse --Getting a closeup view of the famous Queen Mary, which makes your ocean view from your apartment's window even more spectacular!
- Also, next to busy downtown Long Beach with Pine Ave, breweries, historic district, restaurants/bars, galleries, etc.
All of these are in short walking distance.
Or stock your bike, or scooter to get around!
