Great location:
- You can walk right out to the beach with white sand from the comfort of the charming building which was a high-end hotel in the past, with New York style design and tons of character. Also, it is just some steps away from Long Beach marina and the harbor that hosts the famous Queen Mary, which makes your ocean view from the window even more spectacular!
At nigh you'll see from the master bedroom window a view of a colorful lighted waterfall from a nearby small island on the water (next to the marina and Queen Mary!)
- Not far away is downtown Long Beach with Pine Ave, breweries, historic district, and more.
- It's also close to highway 710, minutes to neighboring areas like San Pedro, ~30' drive to Downtown Los Angeles/Santa Monica; ~20' drive to Hermosa/Manhattan beach.
Else, central LB train station is in walking distance. The train goes directly to LA downtown.

* Main Rooms/Spaces in the house: 1 big bedroom, 1 small bedroom, one big walk-in closet, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub. There are also 2 (work) desks and chairs.
* Sleep arrangement:

- The big one is a very spacious, long master bedroom with a brand-new pretty queen bed & comfy mattress. It has ocean view, and lots of windows on 3 walls (one with ocean view, once with neighborhood view seeing a swimming pool, and one nice street view with trees and flowers next to your window :).
- There is also an extra small bedroom a twin bed if you need - comfy but small.
- The couch in the living room (in front of the 55' smart TV) is a pullout with a built-in full mattress - after pulling it out (a very quick and easy setup), it becomes a comfy bed itself!

* Other amenities in the house: heater, bathtub, portable fan/AC, ceiling fan, arts, towels, bedsheets, etc.
* Other amenities in the building: Lobbies, front desk, security guards, camera, laundry, Shared giant patio facing the ocean.
* To get around, you can walk, bike, or scooter, or drive if you like, to main attractions in Long beach like the marina, harbor, downtown, light house, etc. Long Beach is a very walkable city!
