Villa Elaia - just 300 m to the beach

Villa Elaia is ready & waiting to offer you the perfect home from home experience for your holiday. It is the ideal choice for people who would like to have everything close by, yet it is situated in a tranquil location. The villa is just three minutes on foot from the Blue Flag awarded beaches, fantastic tavernas, shops and supermarkets in the picturesque seaside village of Almyrida. A car is absolutely not needed for a relaxing stay and your meal-time glass of wine can enjoyed without the worries of driving.

The detached two story villa comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully fitted kitchen and a living room. To the outside you will find your own swimming pool, a chill-out area and a very cosy BBQ area with charcoal grill.

When entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find the bright open living room with the kitchen adjacent. The living room is furnished by two comfortable sofas, a cocktail table, a tv including Fire-TV and a Bose Soundlink Mini II bluetooth player. 

Additionally, a variety of books, a few  games and the book of instructions are waiting for you.  In all rooms WIFI is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob stove including oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, huge refrigerator and dish washer. All kitchen appliances needed for the preparation of a delicious meal are in place. Needless to say that a set of basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, …) is available. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots and pans can be found in the kitchen cabinets. A dining table with six chairs completes the kitchen interior.

The typical Mediterranean warm wooden style of the living room and the kitchen gives off a charming ambience. An air-conditioning unit either cools or heats the area as required.

The ground floor is completed by a modern beige coloured tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is an opaque window in the bath room.

A staircase leads to the first floor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, two bedside cabinets & a small desk and chair. It has a west facing window and a double glass door which leads to the south facing roofed balcony with a fantastic view across the olive groves and the famous White Mountains in the distance. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside cabinet, a small desk with chair & has an east facing window and the double glass door leads also to the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units for cooling or heating. A baby cot is available for the youngest offspring.

The bathroom on this level has a bath tub with integrated shower, a sink and a toilet. Here also the washing machine and the ironing board is located. The bathroom is beige coloured tiled and has an opaque window.

The famous Cretan sun invites you to spend as much time as possible outside of the villa. On the premises you find all amenities needed for your leisure. The 20 sqm circular swimming pool including outdoor shower invites you to cool off & the kids for their water games. Sunbeds, parasols and side tables are waiting for you to relax, linger around and soak up the sun. Different seating combinations either in the sun or in the shade are possible according to your requirements.

The covered BBQ area with its brick-built charcoal grill is located directly next to the villa. It can be accessed easily from inside through the living room double glass door. So the kitchen is within easy reach when preparing your dinner at this place. Two rustic wooden benches and a heavy wooden table provide ample space for the whole family. You will also find an outdoor sink for youe convenience.
