Enjoy Tucson from this cozy one bedroom guest house perfect for the nostalgia lover! A little Marilyn and a little Route 66 make this Americana themed hideaway the perfect retreat for your Sonoran desert stay. Tucked near the foothills of the Tucson mountains, youâll enjoy the views and the beautiful desert sunsets. Very convenient to downtown, the University, the Tucson Convention Center and museums.
This was an awesome place to stay. We had one of our dogs with us and it was so nice because it was fenced in and we had plenty of room. Close to several areas and restaurants (we loved Rustyâs). But still a country setting.
A perfect home away from home that is close to town, but feels a world away. A couple miles from lots of great restaurants and a couple miles to lots of great trails. Would definitely stay there again:)
This space was quiet and clean, not too far from downtown, and had everything I needed. The space was bigger than I expected! The hosts were responsive and I really enjoyed staying here.
I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again. Itâs a very nice quiet neighborhood, and everyone was so friendly when we went out for walks. If you take your dog with you on your trip, this is a very dog friendly property.
Comfortable and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed. Very comfy bed, plenty of linens. A lamp or two in the living room would be a nice addition. Very cute retro decor, quiet neighborhood handy to downtown, Saguaro National Monument, and more. Thank you for a nice stay - may be back when visiting our daughter!

We enjoyed our stay overnight. The property was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. We used to visit Tucson in the '70s and 80s, so this was a truly a trip down memory lane for us.
We are older folks now and have to watch our step (literally). There is a step down from the bedroom to the kitchen and a step down from the bathroom to the kitchen. The owners have put tape under the steps to remind folks to step up, but some kind of reflective tape on the top of the steps would help folks remember to step down.
Otherwise, thank you so much for the great stay!
Cute apartment, shabby chic decor full of Americana that would be fun for a visitor from another culture. Well provisioned. Really appreciated the a.c. during a blistering heat wave. Both hosts responsive to my requests. Loved their two dogs. Not terribly quiet during the day as it was 2 doors awAy from a busy street.
2 serious drawbacks:-walkway and railing to place were covered in bird poop. I was embarrassed when friends came over. Also back yard viewed from deck full of dog poop. Trash in front of apartment area. Dangerous step down between bathroom and kitchen cut at an angle where one could easily step back from sink and suffer a serious fall on to sharp corners and hard surfaces. The step has to be there but I suggest they fill in that weird cut-away area.
This place was fantastic I stayed for 11 days and a local friend stayed with me while he wasnât working. It was stress free and quiet which is what I wanted for both of us. The hosts were very kind. I plan to return and when I do I will definitely book this place again. Thank you!
We really liked the location and suite. It was very clean and had everything we could need. The decor was very nice and fun. It has a full kitchen and bath and plenty of room.
We had a hard time figuring out where the place was. The address is not marked well. The host did not respond well to our calls when we really needed it. We did get a reply later. Overall, the stay was nice.
My girlfriend and I spent over a week here and had a blast! Great for a work vacation, modern amenities, and super close proximity to Saguaro National Park and downtown Tucson.
Hosts were very easy to communicate with and have three wonderful dogs on the property. 10/10.
This was a great base from which to explore the Saquaro NPâs, Mount Lemmon, and Sabino Canyon, Communication was on point, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!!
