This convenient corner condo in Indian Rocks Beach offers a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, as well as quick beach access.

What's nearby:
With a prime location on the beach, it's easy to get to the sand and water on a whim. Keegan's offers local cuisine right down the street, and other dining and shopping options are located within the community as well. Splash Water Park is within walking distance for plentiful family fun. Other nearby activities include boating, fishing, and golf, while the local galleries, museums, and nightlife offer a wealth of opportunity for fun and relaxation.

Construction and Structural reconditioning is slated to begin on Aug. 4, 2025 and last several months at Casa de Playa Condo Property in Indian Rocks Beach. All balconies will encounter some type of renovation or reconditioning. Further, the pool at the complex may be closed at times.

IRB great location

The property was great in a great location. Views were beautiful. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Easy to access, very clean, team very responsive. Loved being that close to the beach.

This is the place to stay. We loved it. It will now be our GoTo for IRB. Can beat the location and the view of the Gulf.

Wonderful Vacation!

Great property, very comfortable stay during Thanksgiving. Right on the beach, heated pool, balcony overlooking the Gulf. Short walk to great restaurants, and a short drive to many other attractions and amenities. One of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken -- would recommend this site to anyone!

Beach views

Lovely week in a beautiful area. View from the balcony was spectacular. A few things need attention at the unit. The sliding door is coming apart and the bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. We still enjoyed our stay, just suggesting that a few improvements would help.

Beautiful and Affordable

Really wonderful experience from booking to checkout. Clean and exactly what was presented online. Only issues experienced included ants on the counter about five days in and no one maintained the pool so had to clean it occasionally. Im pretty picky and this was a really lovely experience.

Great Place to Stay

Unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Stairs and elevator are convenient to the unit. Pool area is well taken care of. Nice thing to note is that there is no public parking at 6th or 7th accesses so the beach area is used by people staying nearby so stayed uncrowded with plenty of room for groups to remain distanced. Ice cream shops at 8th or 5th, Crabby Bill's and CVS at fourth, Beach shop at 3rd, and JD's at 2nd so all quick and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking here again for our next IRB vacation.

Fabulous Condo

This Condo unit is fabulous. It's in a perfect location - near Crabby's Bills Restuarant, Lulu's, P.J.s, ice cream, etc. We are familiar with the area but someone that's not would love the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. I love the shade for parking under the condo. The inside of the condo was modern and up to date. Everything that we needed was inside the unit (garbage bags, dishsoap, glad bags, toilet paper). Great condo.

Wonderful beach condo.

This condo was very well stocked: towels beach towels,beach chairs,comfortable beds, cute beach theme.Very nice patio overlooking beach. We were on 2nd floor. Elevator broken(reported) whole trip. Pool was not cleaned that week(reported by other guest),lounge chairs needed to be cleaned,poolside umbrella broken.This was a property maintainance problem.Condo wonderful.Will definately stay with this condo again, property maintainace needs improvement.

Cockroaches

We spent over an hour initially cleaning to allow us to put food in the fridge. Several broken items. 1st cockroach in the evening with another jumping out of the coffee cup cupboard in the morning. Couldn’t relax for a week and embarrassed our guests. Vacassa offered no satisfaction. Don’t rent from them!

Overall the condo was as advertised. I would have appreciated more cooking essentials such as seasonings (salt & pepper ect). The bed sheets need to be updated. We were told by the cleaning crew that it was oaky to enter after they were finished. After we unpacked, I received a call and abruptly told I was not to check in before 4:00. I realize that 4:00 was the check in but I was told it was ok. It made for an awkward first day. The condo was as advertised.

A few issues but overall nice stay

We had two days of issues with the A/C shutting off and this was in Aug so the condo reached high temps. It was not working when we arrived and the condo was 90 degrees. Mgmt sent maintenance within a couple of hours and it was working. Cooled down but then went dead again in middle of nite. They came back the next day and fixed for good but was a bit of a pain to have to mess with it. The condo itself is very nice but bathrooms (so nice to have two!) need to be upgraded. View is phenomenal. Beach is perfect!! Kitchen and living area very nice too.

Cleaning team needs to step it up!

The condo offered beautiful views, had a variety of things we needed to keep our stay like home. However, our feet would be dirty just from walking in the condo bare foot. A good cleaning is overdue on this unit. Patio cleaned would be beneficial as well. The condo has a “shared” grill. It needs a serious cleaning, a grease fire will be on its way soon. The unit did have an outside locker. The lock itself is very dated and rusty and resulted in difficulty to even get the locker opened.

Beach trip

The property was great. Very well laid out and roomy. Large patio. Short distance to the beach. We will certainly try to stay here again. The only problem was with the management company. When we checked in we found there was not a second set of keys on property. That didn't seem to be a problem until we tried to go to the beach and found that the only set of keys we had was missing the key to open the gates to the pool and the beach. It took 2 days for the management company to get us keys that would allow us access to the beach. The management company did reimburse us, but I thought the amount they offered was too low for the inconvenience of not providing the correct keys for us to enjoy the beach. We will try to return next year because we loved the unit, and hopefully we will not have the same problem.

The balcony table was grungy. Had not been cleaned in a long time

People need to know the furniture sags and is most uncomfortable. The people above unit were so noisy it was hard to sleep. Even after midnight it sounded as if they were moving furniture. The front door doesn’t lock well. Door opens out. Is this code? Not in our area. This place needs updating. Also a bird was in the unit. The cleaning is poor. We couldn’t find any beach chairs. This needs to be pointed out to renters. Overall, for the price we could have done better

great location condo needs attention

the location of the property is wonderful for that I would go back. The condo was not very clean we had to request the cleaners to come back and clean, we did not have wifi or cable for 90% of the time we were there. The property manager did get spectrum there to fix it the last 2 days we were there but we had to be the ones to wait for spectrum to come so that took some hours out of our day just waiting. We did get a $150 refund for the inconvenience, would not have been a huge deal but we had our 2 teens with us so the lack of wifi for them was an issue. The condo needs some updating, the sliding door to the patio is shot we were afraid to use it very much as it looked like it was just going to fall apart. we did have a storm and when that was going on the wind was blowing the weather stripping of the door on the inside so much and rain was able to come in through the door. Overall, the condo is a great size, great location, they just need to pick it up on the cleanliness and updating a bit especially the sliding door.

Everything we needed in an amazing location

The booking and check-in process was incredibly easy. All information we needed was sent via text or email or both before we needed it. The condo was sent in the lowest corner unit in the building with parking underneath. Noise wasn't a problem. There was the occasional heavy stepper up stairs late at night, but that comes anywhere. Wasn't a real bother. The views from the large balcony were second to none. The huge sliding doors to the patio were awesome. Like other reviews said, the condo does show it's age. Mainly the well used carpet. A cracked piece of tile in the kitchen, etc. But again, all expected things for a property that is used year around. None of the issues were problematic. Just cosmetic. The condo was well stocked with kitchen equipment. Jody was quick to respond to our one question. She answered the call and showed up minutes later to assist us. The storage locker with beach gear was awesome. Kid life jackets, 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey and skim boards, sand toys for the kids. Great location on the beach and a short distance to restaurants and activities. We like Keegan's, Jake's Cantina, The Seabreeze down in Redington, and Frenchy's in Clearwater Beach. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful

This was as always clean and perfect location for a relaxing family vacation we love this building and have stayed in casa de playa around 7 times because it's our first pick in location easy wonderful management we even broke something "totally by accident" so called management willing to deal with having the issue fixed ourselves so they didn't have to be bothered and instead she came promptly and dealt with everything so we didn't need to take time out of our vacation though we were willing to do because we were at fault accidents happen and she didn't make a big deal and shame us I was so nervous because we never broke anything before lol I'm 40 years old and I felt like I was going to principal's office but instead she was nice and understanding. Back to unit it was smelled and was very clean which was a concern when traveling during current covid-19 pandemic. It was nicely stocked with bedding, towels, cookware, and nice large washer/dryer combo. The only negative is shelf was broke in refrigerator and maybe the living room could use and update on sofa but we really never care because we dont really hang out and watch tv though we tried one night in master and couldn't figure out tv but again that's not important to us so no biggie. What I look for is location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the beach atmosphere. And this place is perfect for those things beach is more family friendly it's not over crowded this building has fewer units so your guaranteed not to feel over crowded and there is not partying youngsters which is not what I want to deal with on vacation. Every morning I want to beable to sit on my balcony that ocean front watch the waves and sip on coffee if my teens want to go to pool or beach and I'm still having lunch it's great because you have a perfect view of them. It's a great building and if your able to book in any of the units you will happy this particular unit is our 2and stay but we have stayed in others and our wonderful. Management is always great at responding quickly and efficiently takes care of your concerns. Also great location for dining as well I will start by saying Keegan's is top pick always perfect never disappointed but there is pjs, Jimmy guans, crabbybills, and few others in walking distance. Definitely try cooky coconut for a lunch or ice cream. Lastly if you like deep sea fishing go with contagious charters it's not far and captain mike will not disappoint both time we went we were super happy
