Maryland Gardens Unit 17B- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Located ocean block on Maryland Avenue in North Rehoboth. This is a first-floor apartment, and is a single story. The unit includes two bedrooms and one bath, plus a kitchen and living area. There is a screened in porch off the living area, facing Maryland Avenue. Guests will find this screen porch a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or relax after a day in the sand. Maryland Gardens is located about one half block from the beach and boardwalk. Guests can take advantage of this central location and walk everywhere, including to the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. There is off-street parking available for one car (please note that trucks and SUVs will not fit in this space), as well as one on-street parking permit. This unit is non-smoking. Per the condo association, pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $155.50.

Only 1 complaint, the outdoor showers hot water wasn't working and we rely on them greatly after our daily beach trips, especially with 2 young children under 6. on Friday the hot water was working in one shower. I had called about it Sunday, heard back from someone Tuesday and they said they'd let me know if someone was coming to fix, but I never heard and the water was cold until Friday. Also, the unit would benefit from having a better chair in the living room other than the swiveling one.

The unit itself was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was close the the beach and downtown Rehobeth. We could walk almost everywhere. Parking was included.

However, when we arrive, we always plan time for cleaning since it’s not up to our expectations. Thankfully a new chair was added to the living room this year since the furniture isn’t the most comfortable. Also, the kitchen could use some better pots and pans and a better variety of utensils.

It is an ideal rental if you are planning to be at the beach and boardwalk most of the time. Do not plan on doing much cooking or staying in if you rent this place. The stove and cookware are very outdated and in so-so shape. The unit's beds and furniture need a complete update. The screened in porch is a real plus.
