In July I rent from Sat- Sat, and in August I rent from Tuesday -Saturday. Welcome to my tranquil, relaxing, and beautiful modern beach house in a fabulous beach location. It comes with a pass to one of Westerly's most desirable beaches (starting Memorial Day weekends, full time june25th-through Labor Day), which is less than a 5 minute drive away. And if that is too far away I have a large above ground pool (opening early June if weather permits) and an outdoor shower in my private backyard. My home is in a very quite neighborhood so no loud music outside and no parties.
My home is completely renovated and remodeled and everything in this house is new. Wifi through out, with a 70 inch television in the living room and a 55 inch in the master. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom that sleeps 8-10. Every room has an alternative down comforter, duvet cover, plush pillows and extra quilts. The house is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, linens, towels, and everything you will need in the kitchen and for the grill. We also have a large outdoor table on our deck and some very comfortable lounge chairs to sun in.

Westerly is one of the most magical towns that I have ever been to. There are a number of bars and restaurants on the beach as well as in town. There are a ton of attractions here as well: the historic town of Watch Hill's Ocean House, the beautiful Wilcox park, and Napatree Point Conservation area to name just a few. There are also a multitude of activities including golf, tennis, mini golf, an arcade, a carousel and more!

Nice place good location, great deck, grill and excellent pool. All was good except access to house, last step into home rise of step is to great. Family member had issues and trips. Otherwise had good time.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed at

We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and very tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to talk to and very prompt with responding. The house came with a beach pass that was a close drive ans the beach was very nice. Very clean, great sand and very family friendly. The pool at the house was a great bonus, very clean as wel as the outdoor shower! I would definitely rent this home again! A great vaca!

This is a great house near the beach

This was the perfect place for our family to get away for the weekend. My husband and I, our son, and our daughter and her two children were looking for a place near the beach. The house is beautiful but also family-friendly. There was an above-ground pool and a parking pass for a nearby beach that was just lovely. Mindy was very welcoming and hospitable, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back and spend longer next time!

Anniversary Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay in this cozy home! We had 3 couples and it was close to all that we wanted to do in Westerly and Watch Hill. Very clean, spacious and appointed with new furniture. Mindy was very responsive to all our questions enjoyed the back deck and using grill for dinner. Would love to return in summer!

Perfect Spot

My family and I were in Watch Hill for a wedding recently and we’re overjoyed to have found this house! It is spacious, up-to-date, very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location is convenient to Watch Hill and Westerly and the beach. What’s more, the owner is friendly, accessible, and very responsive to your needs. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Location near beach was great, loved the king-size bed, great outdoor shower. Coffee on the deck, outdoor grill was good. Weather was great too.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We stayed for a weekend with 2 adults and 2 young children for some beach time. Home is beautiful and spacious, comfortable for sleeping and very close to beautiful beaches. Beach pass was included. Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Would certainly stay again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Great Vacation in RI

House was exactly as pictured; beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Mindy was an excellent host and always available, even when we were weathering out hurricane Henri at her House! We were in the pool every day, and the local beach is very close, and great for families. Had most dinners on the deck. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall great vacation at a perfect location in Westerly. Thanks!

We loved this place. Mindy and Justin were great hosts. They came over right away to fix a minor issue with the pool. Place was super comfortable and well air conditioned despite the heat and humidity we had during the week. Would totally rent this place again!

Relaxing vacation near the beach

We loved our stay at this house! It’s a great location, near everything you would need/want, and so close to some great beaches. We loved having the pool for the kids in the afternoons as well. The property manager is very friendly and an excellent communicator. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions. The pictures match the house exactly, very accurately described.

Excellent vacation!

We had an excellent experience at this property! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach as well as retail stores for groceries and anything you may have forgotten to bring. The beach pass was greeting us upon arrival. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Air conditioners are throughout the house. The appliances looked new and the interior appeared recently redone and looks amazing. The LP grill on the back deck came in very handy. The kids enjoyed the pool. Excellent WiFi coverage throughout the house. Mindy, the property owner, went above and beyond in making us feel at home. She exceeded our expectations and was very helpful! Mindy was always available for any questions we may have had before and during our stay. There were treats and a welcome house binder when we arrived. The property was priced very appropriately. In summary, it was an extremely relaxing and enjoyable week and we look forward to staying here again!
