Nouvellement rénové 3 BR et 2 Cottage Bath situé sur un grand terrain de 1 ha avec grande cour, véranda et grande terrasse. Propriété comprend l'utilisation de grand bâtiment de garage avec Rec et supplémentaires capacité de couchage de chambre d'amis. Situé à environ 800 kilomètres de belles plages Watch Hill et 300 yards à Watch Hill Boat Yard cette maison bien équipée dispose de tous les nouveaux planchers appareils, bois franc et de tuiles et tous les nouveaux appareils de bain avec laveuse sécheuse et douche extérieure. Guest sera fourni une carte de stationnement pour le parking public à proximité de plages, la baie et le centre du quartier commerçant.

The house has an excellent location, very convenient to Watch Hill, Misquamicut beach, and surrounding area. While located on the main road, the house is very private and quiet with a great back deck. Chris, the owner, is most accessible and gracious. We had a wonderful 4 days enjoying the area and the house.

This location is ideal and Chris is the best host I’ve ever had, he is so communicative and so down to earth. Watch Hill is my favorite place on the entire east coast, and Chris made the experience even better for our group. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Great stay

Nice bedrooms, lots of light, inviting chairs in the sitting areas.The grandkids loved riding on the carousel. We used the Manatuck Ave drop off to get to the beach.

We had a great time! The houses location was ideally located. Walking distance to Watch Hill and only a few minutes drive to Misquamaket. Our host was very personable, friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic stay!

The house is charming and had plenty of room for us (4 adults, 4 kids). Quick drive to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The host is wonderful and very helpful, he checked in and made sure we had all we needed, answered our questions, and gave us tips on navigating beach area. We're already planning on going back!

Excellent Host and Location

Chris is an extremely responsive host and works hard to make sure your stay is trouble free. The location can't be beat for getting into downtown Watch Hill and surrounding beaches. Parking sticker access to downtown Watch Hill is critical and Chris provides it.

Amazing home

Chris was an amazing host and was on top of everything. We loved staying here and will definitely be planning another stay at this house. So many things to do in this area and the house was very clean and had lots of room for our party.

Great location and a fully-stocked home!

Amazing amazing location in watch hill - can walk to town/ocean house and beach or use the parking pass. The house was very clean and had everything you could ask from - many linens/towels, beach chairs, full kitchen appliances, AC, etc. Great back patio to hang out on!

Chris was always available to help us with any questions or concerns we had. The location was great, keeping in mind that you do need to drive to get to the beaches. We especially enjoyed the deck and yard on the back of the house! Great vacation!

Really enjoyed the stay!

Chris, the owner, was great. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. The only thing I would check is the website which shows pictures of 4 bedrooms even though there are three. All in all, would return!

The fourth bedroom is in separate garage building as described on line. Guest never asked about using it, I should have pointed it out. Nice guests anyway!

Watch Hill

Our family a wonderful week at Chris’s property in Watch Hill. It is a short walk to town and beaches and the perfect jumping off point for taking advantage of all there is to do in the area. Chris is very responsive to all requests and needs. The house is clean and neat and has a nice amount of space for guests. We would stay there again.

Perfect for our family!

Chris’ house was perfect for our family of six adults and two young children. The garage apartment gave two of our young adults peace and quiet away from the early risers. Location is a nice stroll to beaches and shops. Misquamicut and Mystic are both a short drive away and we even spent a day at the zoo in Providence. We had a great time - thank you Chris!

Great House!

We came for a wedding and Chris' house was a perfect fit. My very pregnant niece was comfortable in this clean and open home. We even took advantage of the extra sleeping quarters across the yard. The day after the wedding we had a nice relaxing day hanging out on the deck. All good! Thanks Chris for being such a great host.

I am married with 3 lovely daughters ages 18, 20, and 22 and I grew up in Watch Hill and have spent every summer of my life there along with many winters. I own and manage a number of rental properties in the area, have been large scale industrial solar salesman, a Lead Inspector, Energy Auditor, Volunteer Firefighter at WHFD, and best of all, I am Mr. Mom for my kids! My wife is an Insurance Executive and from Iowa!

It is cute, great location, huge yard, and very affordable for this area. Also, I am the most attentive and responsive owner you will ever meet!
