A true getaway in a newly renovated luxurious and cozy townhome with all the comforts of home. You've never seen anything like this in Mammoth, the urban lounge design is an elevated experience for the senses with high end amenities - brand new black stainless appliances including a washer and dryer, brand new dreamy heirloom mattresses, and body contouring leather sofas. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen that is fully appointed with everything you need for a gourmet meal. This spacious 3 bedroom townhome has 2 King rooms and a bunk room that has a total of 4 beds with room enough for a gaming/tv lounge area for the teens so that adults can fully enjoy the lounge vibe living room and relax in peace. The Egyptian cotton sateen sheets and luxurious high-end mattresses will keep you in bed all day but when you are ready for adventure, the townhome is perfectly situated near Canyon Lodge and walkable to restaurants, the Village and the Gondola. Two parking spaces are right outside the townhouse for ease of loading and unloading.

Extensive cleaning protocol is practiced including sending all sheets and towels to a commercial laundry service to be cleaned and sanitized. All mattresses are wrapped with anti-microbial covers.

Please be aware that in the event of a major snow storm, access to the front door may be blocked by snow if the snow removal team is unable to clear it by the time you check in. Full access to the unit is available through the back door.

Had a Great Stay

Very nice and clean place. Lots of space and beds for everyone. It's walking distance from the village which was real nice. Just walk to the village and hop on the gondola to get to the slopes, no need to drive and hope for close parking

Great property

Great property that was actually nicer than the pictures (a rarity on VRBO)! Initially I was a little nervous to not be closer to the mountain (we typically stay right by Canyon Lodge) but the Blue Line bus was SUPER convenient (right outside the property) to get to both the Village and Canyon Lodge. Would definitely book again.

Great place

Just came back from a 3 night stay and the house was great! Everything was perfect in the house and it’s very conveniently located near the village. There is also a bus stop out front if you don’t want to walk. Kelly was super responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is nicely located. Easy walk to the Gondola. Nice storage area for skis/Snowboards. The double bunk room is great for teens or kids. Kitchen is well-stocked and the place was very clean and comfortable

Great location to the Village

Overall had a great stay. Property is close to the village which was a huge plus as we enjoyed walking back and forth to dinner or activities. Washer did not work so hopefully they get it fixed. Hot tub was not clean or useable during our stay and the kids were a bit disappointed. It was big enough to suit our needs as a family of 6. Great time overall.

Great place for skiing mammoth

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place; the place was large, comfortable, well heated and very well located with the bus picking us up right in front and the village only a short walk away. Kelly was incredibly nice and accommodating when the roads to mammoth closed because of the snow and we had to stay an extra day! Would highly recommend and love to come back :)

Walking distance to village gondola, clean place to stay

Kelly was easy to reach during my stay and quick to respond. Place is walking distance to the gondola or a very quick shuttle. Space was well sized for 8 adults to gather. Parking for 2 cars was easy. There is an outdoor hot tub at the complex but it looked like it was due for a cleaning. Would stay again

Excellent place to stay

The owner and manager were incredibly responsive. The house is well appointed. Kitchen is full of everything you would need amd the location is exceptional. My only ask would be to have some blankets bc it was pretty cold at times sitting on the couches or bring some of your own to relax with.

Perfect location

Lakeview lounge is a great place to stay. We took are 3 sons and grandkids for three days and had a wonderful time. The condo has plenty of room and still felt cozy. The kitchen is nicely stocked if you want to cook. Location is within walking distance to the village. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and fun place

We had a family wedding to attend in June 2022. This was a perfect place for us to stay with our adult children. We had a small issue upon check in and the owner was extremely responsive for resolving the issue quickly. Place is very comfortable and well appointed. Walkable distance to the village.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient

Being close to the village made everything - restaurants, bike shuttles, the brewery - very convenient. We barely used our vehicle once we arrived. Full kitchen and comfortable beds made our stay feel like home. And the hot tub after a day riding bikes on the mountain was an added plus. We also had lots of privacy with three bedrooms and a balcony. Hard to beat this combination!

Close to Village

We had a lovely time on this trip and were nice and close to the Village. The snow was amazing but made it difficult to access the property through the front and could only access from the back which went directly into the lower level bathroom so if someone was in there using it you could not come into the house. There were dishes that were clean left in the dishwasher I had to put away but other than that it was a nice stay with good amenities.

Weekend winter getaway

We really appreciated the welcome message detailing all the information we needed to check in and our stay. We had read a review regarding the front entrance being closed due to snow and appreciated the heads up. Based on the amount of snow that could not be avoided. The only had an issue with the shower located on the top floor. We were only able to use the hose. Checkout instructions were easy to follow. Overall a great weekend.

Thank you for considering Lakeview Lounge for your mountain vacation. I have been going to Mammoth for over 30 years. It is a special place for me and now it is a special place for my entire family. When my husband moved west from Boston, the first place I wanted to show him was Mammoth and he instantly fell in love. We realized then how much it means to me to share this magical beautiful retreat with others, and that is why I decided to buy a place and design it to be cozy, comfortable and chic. The idea is to have a retreat within a retreat - when you get back from the mountains, whether from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking or boating, you will be welcomed back to a comfortable homelike setting that lives up to the gorgeous surroundings you just came from.

It was important to us that we build a home. When you walk in to this townhouse, you instantly feel like you have entered your family or friend's well-loved home. It was designed with intention and every detail was considered with the utmost consideration to comfort, convenience and charm.

The location is absolutely key to this property's benefits. It is a short walk to the village allowing you to take the gondola up to the lifts. It is very close to Canyon Lodge and there is a convenient shuttle stop right outside the complex. Whichever way you choose to get to Canyon Lodge, all of your options are optimal.

The layout of the complex and unit is uniquely ideal. The private parking lot allows for easy access so you can load-in your mountain gear quickly and effortlessly. The mudroom was designed to accommodate all of your gear so it is organized and out of the way.
