Great rancher, with open floor plan, new kitchen and baths, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath and there is a hall bath. Linens provide for beds. Vacationers need to provide there towels. Has an outside shower to the left of house, living room with electric fireplace, large deck, and plenty of parking

Linens for the beds are provided. Towels and other personal items need to be provided by vacationer.

There is a lease agreement, you can read in step 2 of the check out, by checking out you agree to all terms of the lease.

Some of the amenities at the house: 5 large screen tv's, comcast cable, Netflix, and prime video, WIFI, 3 King beds and one Queen bed, and a sofa bed, 2 grills (gas and charcoal). Most things you need in the kitchen, there is an to the left of house with a storage chest if you need, in the back yard is a second storage cabinet with a bean bag toss game (do not leave out, return to storage after use). Front load washer/dryer. First Aid kit in front bedroom closet.

In order to use the Ocean Pines Beach Club, you will need to purchase a parking pass and beach pass. Check the website but it may need to be done in person
