Enjoy this beautiful fully remodeled beach house just 6 minutes from downtown and a quick 13 minute drive to the ocean. The home features a large, private, heated pool and fantastic screened in outdoor living and dining spaces. Furnished with two king beds, full-size bunk bed with twin trundle, and full-size futon, this vacation getaway is perfect for one family or two! The kitchen is fully stocked to entertain for any occasion.

To ensure a safe stay for all of our guests, an in depth cleaning before every stay includes a deep cleaning and disinfecting of ALL areas. The deep cleaning is a 7-8 hour process disinfecting all areas using a combination of highly effective commercial cleaning products that kill 99.99% of germs/bacteria throughout the house. The cleaners cover the tables, floors, chairs, shelves, racks, upholstery, carpets, bedding, mattresses, door knobs, controllers, faucet handles, and all appliances.

We have a strict no pets policy along with a age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to these policies.

This home is the perfect place for your family (or two families) to unwind, relax, and enjoy Vero Beach! Featuring two memory foam king beds, full-size bunk bed with twin trundle, and full-size futon, there is more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Both rooms furnished with king beds are master suite sized, with the actual master room including a private en suite bathroom. The living room and dining/kitchen area feature French doors so the good times can flow out into the screened-in dining and sitting areas right next to the beautifully refinished heated pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, kids plates/bowls/utensils, basic spices, and stainless steel appliances so that you can whip up a quick bite or prepare a full holiday meal. No beach house stay is complete without utilizing the provided BBQ grill.

You will have no problem entertaining the whole crew with a two living spaces featuring 65" and 50" 4K smart TVs with access to Disney+, Discovery+, Netflix, Comcast Cable, and countless other live and on demand options. High speed WiFi is provided to ensure guests are able to use all their wireless devices.

All of the expected comforts of home are provided with fresh linens, towels, spare pillows/blankets, toiletries, and brand new Samsung washer and dryer.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door.

Very clean spacious home in quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay! It had more space inside and out than I anticipated, which was great. Bed linens and towels were fresh and clean. House was well stocked with all needed items. Check in and out was super easy. If you just need a nice place to stay while in town or a quiet retreat to swim with friends or family this is a great option. Walmart and Instacart deliveries were received in under 30 minutes. Pool floats and noodles were there for our use. Plenty of seating inside the house and outside as well. Outside had seating in the sun as well as under the covered/screened porches. Overall great value for the price. We would stay again.

Great house for this family of four on spring break. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Lots of space in the garage to hold paddle boards and kayaks. Pool was clean and warm.

Great home for family gather and Memorial Service

Location to beach is great, the home is clean and the kitchen has all the amenities. the pool is fantastic, there are plenty of seats around the pool. Lots of towels for the pool as well. Extra propane was found in the garage, which is not always the case when we have rented homes. Easy to checkin with a lockbox code. My daughter flew in from NY and had her brother over for a bbq with his wife and child. The entire 5 days was a pleasure thanks to the wonderful home! Will rent again if we return to Vero.

Wonderful place

So we were looking for an affordable options as our family place-to-go has become extremely expensive. We stumbled upon this property and it immediately caught our eye. Information pertaining your stay is provided well in advance for you to prepare, so we appreciated it. House has three bedrooms, and 10 can comfortably sleep. Be mindful that there are only two bathrooms. Communication with property manager wad always fast, amicable and helpful. They are great hosts. Pool is heated to keep lukewarm, so it was great for summer. Kitchen is spacious, well provided and comfortable. The extra area with a tv was really appreciated, as we put videos for our 3 year old son there while we watched tv at the other. Beach is only a 10 minute ride away. We mindful though that neighborhood is quiet, and there are some strict rules pertaining loud noises and music. We like to listen to music as we spend the day in the pool, so we had to accomodate. Nothing serious really, but something to have in mind if you are like us. Will definitely come back. Sam, great place. Wish you sucess!!!!

Vero getaway

This house was very clean and a good floor plan for entertaining as well as privacy. The neighborhood was quiet with well kept homes. A short ride to the beach or stores. Bring beach chairs as there were none provided, but there were plenty of beach towels. The pump/heater for the pool was very noisy so it took away from sitting by the pool or in the screen porches. The owner responded quickly to our questions.

Ringing in '23 in Vero Beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was perfect, close to family and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home layout was fantastic, plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The weather was awesome and the pool was warm. Sam and Courtney were a joy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Sam and Courtney were very responsive to any questions I had. Their Beach House was fully set from extra toothbrushes, to washing machine detergent, which was so appreciated by this baseball mom. My favorite was the comfortable beds. Many times, my family has stayed at other places with extremely uncomfortable beds. The home was clean and well organized. They checked in with us during travel day to verify we made it. They really went above to make sure our stay was relaxing and expect. Their communication was quick and directions were always clear and organized. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Immaculate & Relaxing Home

My family stayed at this home for almost a week. It is exactly as pictured. The home was spotless & had everything needed. I appreciated how minimalist but beautiful the inside was. For once, I didn't have to worry about my children breaking an overabundance of decor! The owners and property manager were so helpful and responsive. We had trouble with one of the bath faucets & it was fixed within 24 hours. The property would be even better if the king beds were replaced with something softer or had an option to put a topper over them. They were memory foam but incredibly firm & uncomfortable.

Baseball in Vero!

If your in Vero Beach to play at Dodgertown, this house is clean, spacious and updated. It provided us with everything we needed from all the amenities of your own home to a pool to cool off in! Great location being 10 minutes to Dodgertown and 15 minutes to the beach. We will definitely consider this house again if we find ourselves back to play baseball again!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to where we wanted to be. Very nicely updated, they thought of everything, even a little Christmas tree for us, laundry hampers in the bedrooms and charging ports at every turn. Lots of towels, pool towels, ceiling and separate fans, separate tv viewing area from the main living room, indoor and outdoor dining tables to allow for the board games, porch seating and the pool and fenced yard were great size and perfect! Loved it!
