IdĂ©alement situĂ© sur la promenade, Ă  quelques pas du sable, l'ocĂ©an Pacifique, et Newport Pier, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de passer un bon moment. Cette grande maison, construite sur mesure est le rĂȘve d'un locataire de vacances! Notre maison, avec cinq chambres et 4. 5 salles de bains, se trouve directement sur la plage, avec rien que du sable entre vous et l'ocĂ©an. Beautiful beach house

This is a great property in a great location. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. We had everything we needed and hope to return someday.

Perfect beachfront rental!

We had an amazing time in this luxurious beachfront home! The house has an open floor plan with large rooms and a perfect unobstructed view of the beach. The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating! The property is well-maintained and clean with all the amenities you need for an amazing vacation. I highly recommend this property. We have been in Newport on several occasions and this is our favorite rental by far.

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and a great kitchen. Everything you need. House manager Hector was great. Great communication! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOME

We had the best time here! Great home, beautifully decorated, clean, great location, and all the amenities for a beach vacation. The billiards and ping pong table were a fun nighttime activity! The view from the master bedroom - incredible. We loved every second and hated to leave, but we will be back!!!

Fabulous Beach House

This is a fabulous beach house located on Balboa Peninsula. The pictures don't do this house justice. Sliding glass doors overlooking the beach in the family room and master bedroom open the house up to the perfect weather in Newport Beach. Beautiful sunsets/sunrises each day; you won't want to leave! The house manager did an excellent job during orientation when we checked in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and perfect location.

My family recently spent 9 days in Newport Beach and this rental home worked out perfectly for us. It is truly a lovely and spacious home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything any cook would need and the open dining room and big table can nicely accommodate a large party. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and pretty. The multiple bathrooms are great, very clean and great water pressure in the showers! There are lots of amenities to enjoy. The owner was always immediately accessible through emails, plus the home manager was very informative and we could call anytime. We could not have found a better location, being near the pier and watching all the activity on the ocean front was entertaining. The sunsets were beautiful, the people friendly, the restaurants good. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Great property!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas break. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. It is in a fantastic location. If we are back on the west coast we will stay again.

Perfect Location

This lovely, spacious home was the perfect setting for our holiday family reunion. It is in a great location: right on the boardwalk and beach, and a short walking distance to restaurants, parks and activities. The home has a great layout, and was clean and well-equipped. The view from the master bedroom was outstanding, and, at this time of year, you can see both sunrises and sunsets.

This truly is the best oceanfront property!

All three generations of our family LOVED our stay in this home. Everyone enjoyed being right on the surf, and the way the front of the house opens up fully let us submerge ourselves in the experience. During the day, we were entertained by the constant parade of walkers, runners, skaters, and bikers along the boardwalk. And in the evening, we felt like we were in Hawaii as we ate dinner by candlelight at the outdoor table. The pool table was an unexpected bonus as 86-year-old grandma playing for the first time triumphed over the 20-something grandchildren. The house is well-constructed and beautifully appointed, which greatly enhanced our enjoyment of our time at the beach. Both the owner and the on-site manager were readily available and accommodating to respond to our questions and requests. The enthusiastic and unanimous vote is that we would love to return next summer!

Our stay at this beautiful beach home could not have been better. We had perfect weather the entire week and the water was clear and very comfortable. The home is a very well designed beach home with ample restrooms, outdoor shower and large bedrooms. Our family had a fantastic time and would definitely love to stay here again.

Great layout, location and incredible views!

Fantastic, well laid out house, with 4 nice sized rooms plus a huge, incredible master suite upstairs. Amazing folding doors on both the top and bottom floors make the home incredible: ocean breeze in the house, meals on the patio, incredible sounds system (adjustable in each room). The house is stocked with quality materials (kitchen utensils, bedroom sheets, etc.) - found everything we needed. We had a few suggestions for upgraded equipment to make the house more enjoyable (new quiet router for wi-fi, replace small fridge upstairs to reduce noise). Additionally, we had some technical issues with the AV system that the property manager was unable to resolve for us (but we were able to work around them). Overall great alternative to a five star hotel for a multi-family vacation!

Great Family Beach House

We used to live in Newport and have rented several beach houses since moving away. This is by far the best one to date. Location is great. Close to the pier but not in the location that has college kids renting for a week of partying. The house it self has everything you would need to enjoy the beach. Speakers throughout that can be tied into your phone, heat lamps on the porch, pool table, ping pong table and a gourmet kitchen. Highly recommend.

Memorable

The property was in excellent shape and is to accommodate our 11. The amenities were endless and the view of the ocean amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Signing up and completely the rental was very easy and the owners were available 24/7 for any questions. Full use of cooking and we brought in little other than food. Highly recommended!

HOME IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO THE BEACH, AND BEACH AMENITIES. THE HOME IS SPACIOUS AND WELL KEPT. REALLY FEELS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Best vacation ever

Such a beautiful home. With all the amenities it provided there was no need to go any where else. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops and piers for surf lessons. Bike shop in walking distance for cruisers for the week. Biked or walked everywhere. Although many never left the house. With such a comfortable home it made relaxing so easy. Cant wait to go back.
