Luxury Oceanfront Home - Multiple Beachfront Decks - Spacious, Modern Living

An L-shaped, open-concept dining and living area comprises the main floor. Slide open the wall-sized glass doors to the courtyard to create a lovely indoor/outdoor space. The living area's flat-screen TV, fireplace and several comfy sofas are perfect for post-beach relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes gourmet appliances like a Subzero fridge and Viking range, as well as gorgeous white marble countertops. The dining table seats six and the marble center island is roomy and can seat four on bar stools for extra seating.

Outside in the courtyard is the four-person dining table and loveseats with a coffee table in the courtyard.

A heavy duty washer and dryer is located in the ground floor laundry room.

Choose from five lovely bedrooms. The stunning oceanfront master suite includes a private balcony, fireplace, and a spa-like attached bath with a soaking tub, waterfall shower, dual-sink marble vanity, separate water closet and a walk-in closet for stowing your luggage out of sight.

The home features a ground floor bedroom with adjacent full bath for convenience as well as a half bath just off the kitchen.

Younger guests will love the bunk room with a "secret hideaway" play place with beanbag chairs and toys, accessed through a kid-sized door.

The homes outdoor spaces accent the homes interior space: from the beachfront patio with lounge chairs to the stone courtyard draped in greenery.

Extra perks include parking for three or four cars in the garage (with lots of beach toys!) and an outdoor shower.

The beach is your front yard at this well-located vacation rental! Step from your patio to the sand, or hit the boardwalk for a stroll, jog or bike ride. At the Newport Pier, pick from over dozens of shops and restaurants and more shops where you can relax and enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Fall family vacation

Beautiful house! Perfect location! Well-stocked and comfortable. Walking path right in front of house with miles of sand and water as close as you can get! Will stay again.

Amazing

We greatly enjoyed our visit- this is likely the most well appointed vacation rental we have enjoyed - from the kitchen to the restroom and cleaning supplies, beach toys, family games, it had it all. The open kitchen with high-en appliances, was great for multiple cooks at the same time, and provided a wonderful gathering area. The bedrooms were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the house is in a great location. We only have two suggestions - would love a fire pit in the center patio which is a great place to sit at night when the front porch gets too cold, and an awing for shade on the porch. It was a great place for our summer gathering.

Stunning!

Beautiful home in a prime location. Stayed here with family and small children and it was perfect. Home was very clean, comfortable and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. To top it all off Sara at Burr White was heaven sent and very attentive! Highly recommend booking through Burr White.

Loved the Oceanside Life

We really enjoyed being so close to the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night. We liked the layout of the house, and the location was great for bike riding and walking. Lots of great shops and restaurants in the Lido. Small hiccup at check-in when they called us to check our timing and the call was cut off but we couldn’t get through when we called back so we were a bit flustered when we arrived. The bed pillows were a bit hard for our taste but the mattresses were a comfortable. Some of the rugs might need updating.

Great house, Great location but that's about it....

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home on the beach however it definitely wasn't worth the amount of money for the week. Weve stayed on the Boardwalk many times over the years and are local to Newport Beach. I have to say that there are much better values up and down the boardwalk.We arrived to trash from the previous tenant that was literally overflowing into the alley. It didn't get picked up for two days...even the nosy neighbors had something to say about it.The Master Bedroom sheets were all balled up and between the linens and bath towels it definitely was something i would have found at a sub-standard motel. We ditched the sheets and put down a light blanket they were so uncomfortable.The agent warned me when booking that the neighbors were overly sensitive to noise. It was our twins 21st b-day so as a courtesy we decided to do a daytime "Sunday Brunch" party for them. When the guests started to leave I went out to get a couple of items before starting dinner. I was gone for 15 minutes when the manager (George) came on property without notice and gave my wife and daughter a lashing. My wife was so upset she went straight upstairs and was in tears for an hour! Needless to say that it killed the mood and put a damper on their birthday partyI've never seen a kitchen in this price point so lacking of just about everything....not even a blender! Again the home is beautiful however for the money i paid i certainly didn't feel like it was money well spent. Next summer we will definitely look elsewhere for a better value!

The home is perfectly appointed with everything we needed. It is perfectly situated between Newport and Balboa. We loved the views of the ocean from our front porch and enjoyed all the beauty on the inside as well. The house immaculate and absolutely perfect for a great stay at the beach.

Great times at the beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been renting this beach house every year for many, many years now. It's an awesome location, equidistant from both Newport and Balboa piers. It's right on the boardwalk, so the kids can play right in front on the sand when we're not on the beach. And it's fun to cruise the boardwalk with beach cruisers and scooters. Huge house, newly remodeled with high-end finishes. We've made many great memories and hope to continue to do so over the next many years. The folks at Burr White are great as well. If we need anything, they're quick to respond.

Beautiful Home for a big Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here with our family of 12. We had 5 adults and 7 kids (Teens, Tweens, and little ones too!) The house was plenty big for everyone and there was plenty of space to hang out in the family room and kitchen in the evenings. The house was clean and equipped with everything that we could have needed. We were in walking distance (about 1 mile / 15 - 20 minute walk) to Main Street and the pier with plenty of restaurants and shops. We were a 5 minute drive away from the grocery store. The beach is literally right outside your door and you can walk for miles along the shore. If you look closely, you can see dolphins and seals swimming in the waves. We also rented bikes and biked up and down the boardwalk. We also ventured out and drove to Long Beach and went to the Queen Mary and the Aquarium. (About 45 min drive) We also drove to LA and went to Universal Studios which was a great day trip! (1 hour drive). The surrounding area is family friendly and we felt safe. The boardwalk is very busy and has a lot of bike and foot traffic, so we had to be extra careful. The bunk house and the extra bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor had to share a bathroom, so that was a bit tight for 6 kids. And you definitely can’t take showers at the same time or it will be like showing under a dripping faucet. Plus the water would go hot/cold during the shower which was not fun. Recommend showering in shifts to avoid the pressure going wonky. There were also a couple of maintenance repairs we had to call in regarding the furnace and some misc items, but the management company was extremely responsive and sent some one over the same day. Overall, a great house, great location, and a perfect getaway spot. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets every night!

A beautiful home that’s perfect for a family holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year in this property. Our kids and grandkids look forward to this week all year long — as we do. A private courtyard lets us make the most of outdoor time and the spacious kitchen makes meal prep with many chefs contributing a breeze. We’ve already signed up for next year!
