Brand new home located in one of the most desired neighborhoods on Saint Simons. The Ohana Cottage is located on Second Street East Beach. This home has six bedrooms and five and one half baths. On the first floor you will find a large living area with plenty of seating and a large screen television. The dining area is situated with seating for ten and eating bar for four. The kitchen has all stainless appliances including wall oven, microwave, gas stove top, large refrigerator and a under the counter ice maker. Off of the kitchen there is a screened porch with seating for six. Great place to read a book, enjoy that morning cup of coffee, afternoon cocktails or just sit and watch the children playing in the pool.

Also located on the first floor are two masters suites situated with king beds along with a third bedroom that also has a king bed. On the second floor is where you will find three other guest rooms two of which have queens and the third has a bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on the top.

Back outside you will find that the front yard is covered in astroturf, perfect for children and outdoor activities. Outside you will also find a large pool area with tropical vegetation, plenty of seating and also a heated spa. Perfect for somewhere to relax after those long days at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower along with a half bath for your convenience.

The Ohana Cottage is a block and a half off the beach. It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the beach. This cottage is ten minutes by car from shops, restaurants, airport and grocery store. Or jump on one of the islands bike paths and be at any of these locations in fifteen to twenty minutes.

This home is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.

Such a beautiful home!!

This house is more than the photo's show! It's so beautiful, perfect location, everything you could possibly need and a great pool! The yard is perfect for outdoor games, inside has lots of space decorated with comfort in mind. We really had a great time.

Great Times

The house and location were great. The property does not come with any “beach stuff” so bring your own. The cable situation was also quite odd. Samsung TV is not cable so we had to login to our own accounts. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. All in all, great stay.

Fun Family Getaway

Our second year at the Ohana Cottage was just as fun as our first. Our family felt right at home with all of the space and amenities. We spent most of our time in the pool and in the beautiful and private outdoor area. The location of the house is ideal. A 1-2 block walk to the beach and a pretty neighborhood for walks. We rented a golf cart to go into the village for fun. Everyone enjoyed our annual beach trip. For a child’s perspective, here’s what our granddaughters wrote in the guest book about their favorite thing about the Ohana Cottage: “I love the pool and the grassy area.” Hayden, 6 3/4 “I like the pool, the stairs and the bunk beds.” Ellie, 5 Our 13 year grandson liked the freedom of riding is bike all over St Simons. Fantastic Beach House

This was our second time at this wonderful property. It is well located and set up perfectly for our family gatherings. Our children, spouses and grandchildren all had a wonderful time. The pool is in a perfect position to catch the sun most of the day and the kitchen is a dream!

Ohana Cottage is the best!

Beautiful and spacious new home--plenty of room for seven adults and 3 children (12, 6, and 4). The beach is only a block away but the outdoor pool area is so spectacular, we stayed here most of the time. The astro turf lawn, natural landscaping and brick wall were simply beautiful, providing privacy as well as a picturesque backdrop for family photos. The lawn got lots of use by adults and kids alike. We rented a golf cart to drive around the island, especially back and forth to the village. We made wonderful memories and look forward to returning next year!

Awesome, relaxing stay

The easy access and first floor bedrooms made unloading upon arrival very easy. We put the teen grandchildren upstairs which worked great for them. Pool was perfect with shallow sitting area. Great for cooling off and socializing. Easy beach access including Goulds Inlet which we love.

St. Simons Retreat

We had a lovely time at this well kept, up to date home. The pool was spacious and clean and the home was well maintained. We had minor needs and the property manager was able to respond. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to be close to the beach with the availability to stay home and still enjoy paradise.

Amazing

The house was just awesome. We had 9 people 2 families and it worked perfectly. The house is in a great location, easy drive to restaurants and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The management company was easy to deal with all though we never had any issues. We would stay there again.

Amazing location and wonderful house

We had a great time at this home. The location is fantastic....just a short walk or drive to the beach (depending on if you were a teenager or an adult). The house is plenty spacious, the outdoor areas were immaculate and the pool is a wonderful size. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic Beach House

Great house for a multi-generational get together. Large master suite with gigantic walk in closet on main along with two other bedrooms. Bunk room and two large bedrooms upstairs with lots of bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped and the dining area seats 12-15. Pool area is spotless and the artificial lawn makes for additional outdoor space. We brought a portable canopy that provided much needed shade for the artificial lawn. Pool is large and has an area for lawn chairs on I guess a pool deck as well as a hot tub. Easy walk to the beach and a few minutes from the Village (downtown area) and Southern Soul Barbeque. We had 6 adults, 2 infants a pre teen and a teenager. We celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary and the infants first birthday! We will definately be booking this house again!
