Welcome to Stay Salty! This recently redecorated, spacious East Beach cottage features two levels of wraparound porches allowing you to enjoy sweeping views of the marsh as well as plenty of outdoor living areas to relax and unwind.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! â the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (14 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property
The ground floor features a large bonus room that's perfect for entertaining. It's outfitted with a brand new sectional sofa, an HD Smart TV, a dining/card table for four, a ping pong table, games, and a wet bar with a refrigerator. One bedroom has two sets of double/twin bunk beds while another bedroom on this floor has one set of double/twin bunk beds with an adjoining hall bathroom. The third bedroom on this floor has a king bed, seating area, and an en suite bathroom.
Going up to the second level you'll find a large open-concept living area with a piano and a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area. An expansive breakfast bar seats seven comfortably and the nearby dining table seats an additional eight people. The kitchen features an icemaker, two refrigerators, a gas range and lots of storage and workspace. Living room seating includes two brand-new sofas and comfy club chairs facing a large flatscreen HD Smart TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed and bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors lead out to the porch, perfect for enjoying a sunrise or a view of the pool. An additional king bedroom with access to the porch and spacious bathroom is also located just off the living area.
On the third level is a roomy bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and its own exterior entrance overlooking the backyard pool. This bedroom does not have access through the interior of the home but is accessed by an external staircase on the 2nd-floor wraparound porch.
The heated saltwater pool and spa (heated upon request for $65/day) are surrounded by a tropical landscaped enclosed backyard. There is an outdoor shower located near the pool that is perfect for washing off after a fun day at the beach.
