Our five bedroom, five bath villa features a private pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. New safety fence and pool door alarm to ensure safe, family fun. East facing pool and spa is not overlooked from the back, and privacy panels on each side grant extra privacy. Complimentary pool/spa heat!

FIVE BEDROOMS and EN-SUITE BATHROOMS

Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! The two downstairs primary king bedrooms have been recently updated. A third queen-sized bedroom on the lower floor, has also been updated and has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, one has been refreshed with new beds and mattresses and is Harry Potter themed and the other with a King bed. Kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals for large families in style and includes numerous small-appliances such as toaster, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook that seats 4. Dining room offers seating for 6 and is located beside kitchen, with a pass through window so the conversation doesn't have to stop.
