Fantastic two weeks in a wonderful home and great location.

We found Fantasyland to be exactly like it was advertised. From first booking until checkout communication with the host was spot on. Check in and security at Windsor Hills was easy and uncomplicated. Everything about the home was great, bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, pool area, no complaints at all. All in all, location and everything about our vacation was brilliant, all the family were amazed by it all. I'm sure 2646 Daulby Street will be in all our hearts for many years to come.

Fabulous stay at Fantasyland

We loved our stay at Fantasyland. It was perfect for our group of nine (four adults, five kids ranging from 4-12 yrs old) while visiting Disney World. Quick drive to get groceries & the parks. Awesome pool with plenty of seating to eat outside while watching kids swim & catch some of the NCAA tournament. Tron game room was a huge hit too. This property will be the top of our list for our next visit it Florida.

Yearly family Disney Trip

This home is absolutely everything you could want. The minute we walk through the door we felt like we were at home. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could ever want. Location is perfect for all parks from Sea World, Universal or Disney. Kristy makes the check in/out process very easy. We will definitely be back.

One of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in.

This property was clean, well kept, spacious, and had plenty to do. The owner is extremely focused on guest experience which is the key to why they have such high rating. The built in game room provided a lot of fun for my 6 year old and I (41 year old). We were there for the parks but honestly had some of our best time hanging out as a family, watching a movie on the massive screen in the living room, enjoying the pool and hot tub, eating takeout and playing games. This was a great solution for the family that wants to check out Disney but likes the freedom to lay low, see other attractions, and not be paying the added cost to stay on property. Even as a family of three we got a lot more for less. A larger group could really benefit from the economy of scale. The best endorsement of this facility came from my 6 year old while we were at the Magic Kingdom: "I want to go back to the condo and hang out."

A wonderful place for a family holiday!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our group consisted of three families, and we stayed for two weeks. The location was highly convenient, with Disney World just a short 10-15 minute drive away. Additionally, the property is near a large Walmart, which is ideal for stocking up on essentials—though it can be quite busy. For a less crowded shopping experience, we preferred the nearby Target.The accommodations were comfortable and well-suited for families. The themed Tangled and Star Wars rooms upstairs were a charming touch, and we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The home’s amenities were excellent, including two washing machines and two dryers, making laundry much more convenient for a large group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation.The children particularly enjoyed the arcade room and the heated pool, which was maintained at a pleasant temperature. While we did visit the resort area once, we found the main pool to be quite crowded, and the spray park and waterslides had freezing cold water. Overall, this property was a wonderful choice for our vacation, providing both comfort and convenience.

Wonderful stay

Our family had an unforgettable stay in Fantasyland, where we unwound in style. The residence exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed in a spotless environment. We all loved spending quality time in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. Returning home was made even sweeter with the convenience of double washer and dryers, allowing us to start fresh with clean clothes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. A perfect spot to launch all your Disney adventures!

We are avid VRBO users and this is our third time staying at Windsor Hills Resort, but first time staying at Fantasyland. This is by far our favourite property yet at Windsor Hills! The home is beautifully decorated and very well-laid out. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were, which is always really important (especially after long days at the parks). Kristy, our host, was fabulous to work with -- responded to all inquiries quickly and was very flexible in adapting to our plans. One thing I really appreciated was how we weren't provided minimal 'starter' amenities like some other properties (e.g., 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs, 2 garbage bags, etc. etc.) -- nothing worse than having to spend your money on boxes of this stuff when you're only there a week. We had more than we needed.Our two teen daughters loved the games room & heated pool and spa! We all did actually, including my senior parents!We also used Dina 'fairy godmother' services (we learned from past experience) to ensure our groceries were all picked up & put away for us on arrival -- very worthwhile! You can find her on Facebook. Would highly recommend this property for your next Disney vacation! We certainly will come back on ours.

Relaxing and spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Fantasyland. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could cook meals if we wanted. Having the pool and game room for non park days was also a great way to unwind and relax!

Amazing Orlando stay

We had a fabulous week staying at the Fantasyland property. As soon as we walked in the door we were blown away at the cleanliness, decor and overall feel of the home. Beds were super comfy after a long day in the sun! Everything is updated, even the kitchenware, which made it a breeze to make some meals at the house. Our family loved the pool and spa. We especially enjoyed having privacy screening on either side of the outdoor area which made it feel that much more secluded. The game room was a ton of fun for our kids. My husband spent a few evenings trying to beat his high score on the basketball game! The clubhouse pool and slide area was great! It gave the feel of a resort without being overcrowded. We are already thinking about when we can return to enjoy this property again!

Amazing Holiday!

This house offered everything that our party could have hoped for and then some. On first arrival everything was as described and as shown in pictures. Each room was fresh and clean. My family and my brother’s family had an absolutely amazing holiday and the house was close to both Disney and universal. Disney roughly 15 minutes and universal maximum 30 minutes away. The house offers some rest from parks and the kids used the pool each day to relax. After spending days in the park it was nice to come back to the villa to relax and sit down or spend time in the pool before heading to the many local restaurants that the area has to offer. Our host was very quick to reply to any of our questions. Truly a 5 star resort.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

My family enjoyed everything about this place. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the beds were as well. We loved the community and the swim park right down the street. It was so much fun. They also have daily activities for the kids at no cost. The house is big and the layout is perfect. Loved having so many bathrooms. I'm considering a remodel of my own house now. The pool and the patio area are to die for. We let the kids stay up late swimming every night. The lighting outside is beautiful and the television provided a musical background for out swimming and dinners in the evening. I recommend this place 100 percent!!! We will definitely be back. The location is also very convenient to everything in Orlando. Got to Disney in 15 minutes. Grocery right down the street. Best vacation ever!!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Fantasyland Home. All beds were comfortable. The grandkids loved the themed rooms, game room and the pool. Communication was above excellent and the two issues we had were completely resolved quickly. (Wasps in the WiFi system, who would have thought?) I am beyond satisfied with our stay. We will be back. Gorgeous clean spacious house!

We loved our stay at Fantasyland. Prior to arrival, all communication was clear and detailed. We thought we knew what to expect when we arrived. Upon arrival, we were blown away by how clean and beautiful this house was. The decor was bright and inviting, it was very well laid out and spacious and everything was up to date and clean. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and backyard was great too. Plenty of space to eat inside or outside. The garage has been turned into a cool space for both kids and adults and we couldn't resist testing out the motorcycle game before we even unpacked! The house itself is in walking distance to the clubhouse and the community is a very short drive to Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

Long overdue review

We had an absolutely amazing time and this house was perfect for our family of 10. We had 4 grandchildren ages 6,4,2,1. They loved everything about it. Just as described in the listing. Great game room, pool, and themed rooms. Located just minutes from the Disney parks. Community pool was available but the pool and hot tub at the house was perfect for us even in February. Will definitely book for future visits.

Beautiful and Clean Home

My family and I loved this house. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Awesome House

We had an amazing stay at the Fantasyland vacation home in Windsor Hills! The theming in the children’s bedrooms was incredible! My daughter is a huge Rapunzel fan and this room could not have been more perfect. The Star Wars room was awesome for my son as well! We travelled with a group of 5 adults and 3 children and we all had more than enough room. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was very nice and we loved starting our mornings with waffles from the Mickey waffle maker! The game room was a highlight of the trip! The double washer and dryer were wonderful to have. The house was so clean and comfortable and very close to Disney! Our drive into the parks each morning was so quick and easy. We have stayed on property several times but we really enjoyed having so much space and not having to rely on Disney buses for transportation. I am so glad I found this rental property and we really hope to be able to stay at this house again one day!

Tremendous Home and Location

If your looking for a large home with a heated hot tub and pool, close to the Disney/Universal theme parks then look no further. This house has it all. It even has a PVR as we call it so you can record your must see tv shows during some down time. Kids will love the in house games room and even though we didn’t use the on site club house it looks awesome. One of the most important items is the host, Kristy is lightning fast to respond to any messages and is super friendly.

Fantasyland is our favorite place to stay!

Fantasyland exceeded our expectations in every way, clean and tidy, the decor was beautiful, beds comfy, lots of furniture for families, the arcade was incredible, the pool was warm, management responsive and so many amenities - new dishes, tons of utensils, small appliances, beach towels, close to clubhouse, great patio furniture, huge sofa, lots of TVs, etc. This will be our top pick for Windsor Hills and Kissimmee going forward and we will be recommending to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Beautiful Retreat

We have stayed at Old Key West Resort on Disney, hotels, and several other VRBOs in the area. However, none of those did my kids beg to come back to. Hands down great experience. Very communicative owners, easy check in and out process, amazing attention to detail. I only wish we found this place sooner as it would have made the baby/toddler years exceptionally easier. We didn’t need it but strollers, high chairs, pack n plays all in unit. Hope to continue to stay here as my kids grow. Comfortable beds and pillows for the win!

Fantasyland Vacation

I must say this Vacation home was prefect for my family! I was a little worried booking direct from ABC Dreams website, but I went with my gut feeling. I am so glad I did!! From the beginning Kristy was quick to respond to any questions I had. The booking process was easy and very organized. I received a few emails in regard to my booking prior to our arrival. These emails were very informative, how to check into the home, nearby facilities, stores, etc.... The home was very inviting, clean and everything looked exactly like the pictures! It was nice to have a few items already in the home, like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Bathrooms had small lotion and soaps, laundry detergent and a few pool floaties (which my kids loved). The game room was a hit with the kids and of course the pool! We did have a few minor issues but as soon as we called management, they were quick to respond. They had the few items that were not working fixed within that day. I was confident in them to take care of the issues in a very timely manner. The home is very close to the parks, it took a little longer due to traffic but very reasonable. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. We never made it up to the clubhouse area or use the waterslides at the clubhouse due to the weather being a little cold. We did appreciate the pool at the house being heated; the kids got to swim during the day even when the temp was down to 50 degrees at night. Overall, the home was very clean, spacious and perfect for my family. I would definitely stay at any of these properties. I think ABC Dreams has a good crew to keep the property looking fresh and clean.

Amazing vacation rental for families!

Our stay at Fantasyland was amazing. Great communication from the owner from start to finish. The house was AWESOME! The pool and hot tub were heated and the kids got a lot of use out of those. The game room is so cool!! Even the grownups enjoyed playing in there! Our boys were actually asking to leave Disney to go back to the rental house! It’s an awesome place to stay and very reasonably priced, especially considering all the cool extras Kristy offers with her rentals compared to others. Totally recommend and hope to stay again.
