"Ariel's Grotto" is a REMODELED 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom executive home in WINDSOR HILLS with PRIVATE POOL AND SPA. We are always updating our comforters, area rugs and towels for 12 people. The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything. Keurig coffee maker, 12 cup coffee pot, griddle, mickey waffle maker, complete table settings for 15, outdoor plates and glasses for patio area, silverware for 18, kids plates, cups, trays and plasticware. Mickey and Minnie tea cups, coffee cups for 12, every kitchen utensil you can imagine, new baking, cooking and frying pans, Tupperware, every glass you can imagine right down to white and red wine glasses....nothing has been overlooked!

Our home has a new 65 inch Smart TV in the family room, large flat screen mounted TV's in every bedroom, free WiFi, all new Commercial Game room with Xbox gaming center, three person commercial arcade with 900 games, pool table and more with Star Wars theme.

This home is in a private, secure, gated resort community with a pool and waterslide park, arcade, movie theatre, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, fitness center, putting green and a convenience store. We had looked at so many homes prior to buying two in Windsor Hills which allowed us to know what we should do better and what features, standards or amenities other houses were not offering. Unlike many other homes you will see, Ariel's Grotto, has newly taken photos shown on this page, so you can be assured what you see is what you will get! The owners are a family of five and we have SEVEN properties in Windsor Hills (the first was purchased February 2019) and we want our properties to be cherished by not only ourselves during vacations but also our guests!

Windsor Hills Slide Project Announcement

We are excited to share that the Windsor Hills Slide and Water Park Project is officially scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 13, 2026.

To ensure the project stays on schedule, the construction team will be working 7 days a week (weather permitting) throughout the 6-week period.
The main pool will remain open and operate under normal hours during the project.

However, the Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed for the duration of the slide construction.

⏳ Weather permitting, the project may be completed ahead of schedule; however, it will not extend beyond February 13, 2026.
