Unlike heavily chlorinated rental pools, our premium saltwater system offers soft, silky water that’s gentler on skin, eyes, and hair. A shaded covered lanai with a ceiling fan provides all-day comfort, and tall hedges create a private tropical retreat. A child safety fence is also included (and removable if not needed).

Your safety matters. The home includes a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras focused on the driveway and entry points. No cameras face interior spaces, and video is recorded only when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.

March 2022: Millennium Falcon added to living room

June 2022: Air conditioning added to game room

January 2024: Hidden Star Wars Logos game installed throughout house, pool cage lights added

August 2024: Game room remodeled

May 2025: Installed Florida glass on pool enclosure doors and bottom panels for added privacy.
