Fully Renovated w Heated pool, 3 miles from Disney

Infinity Blue Villa at Windsor Hills is a fully renovated 5BD/5BR villa with heated pool and spa included in the price. It is located in Windsor Hills Resort, a guard gated community, minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort, grocery stores and restaurants.

The villa sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with quartz countertops, travel toiletries and hair dryers:

* 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor with king size beds, 65" smart TVs, USB ports on nightstands, ceiling fans and walk-in closets
* 1 bedroom on the ground floor with queen size bed, USB ports on nightstands and ceiling fan
* 2 bedrooms on the second floor with full size bunk beds, 56" smart TVs, USB ports on beds and children night lights

The kitchen was redone completely with new cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and ustensiles. A second refrigerator is available in the game room.

The garage was converted into a game room and is equipped with an air hockey table, a foosball table, a dual shot basketball game, an arcade with hundreds of games and a PS5 console on a 75'' smart TV.

The villa is equipped with baby gears: Pack N Play, highchair, children car seat, baby play mat, stroller.

Guests can also enjoy the Windsor Hills Resort amenities: the lagoon pool and water slides, the hot tub, the clubhouse which includes a game room, a fitness center, a movie theatre, ping pong tables, a mini market and a snack bar. The sports recreational area includes basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball court and putting green. There are also two playgrounds on the resort.

1- Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is available at the villa. Guests are responsible for cleaning and gas.

2- Is pool and spa heated?
Pool and spa heating is included in the rental fee. The pool heater heats the pool to ~84 degrees and the spa to ~96 degrees.

3- Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4- Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, kids flatware and utensils, a blender, a toaster, a mini-mixer, a coffee maker, etc. ** Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided. **

5- What type of coffee maker is in the villa?
The coffee maker is a Keurig K-Duo. It uses both K-Cup pods and/or ground coffee to brew a cup or a carafe of your favorite coffee.

6- Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

7- What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8- Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9- Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the villa. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10- What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11- Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?

A maximum of three (3) vehicles can park in the driveway. Parking is not permitted on the street, lawn or sidewalks.

The Infiniti Blue Villa was amazing!

The Infiniti Blue Villa was amazing. There were so many up to date features in this Villa. My family members were so impressed. Everything you would need in the kitchen was provided. Nothing was left out. The bedrooms and the game room were unbelievable. The pool was awesome. I couldn’t have chose a better Villa to stay in.

Relaxing warm weather retreat

This home was amazing! It was so clean and the decor is stunning. We spent everyday lounging and swimming in the pool in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the equipment we needed to prepare lunch and breakfast. At night we enjoyed the short drives to Disney Springs, Boardwalk area, Sunset Walk and nearby attractions. Great communication from the host as well! We hope to stay again soon!

Spacious, modern, comfortable

We were a party of 8, and everyone found the place to be extremely comfortable. Lots of modern amenities, a great game room, and a fantastic pool setup were key selling points. Would stay here again, no questions asked.

This house is beautiful and immaculate. Well stocked with whatever you might need. We had 8 people in our group and were more than comfortable. One block from the complex clubhouse and ten minutes to Disney! Will definitely be back!

Family Cheer Trip and Vacation

This was absolutely the best VRBO at Windsor Hills. We loved the upgrades and my 10 year old son loved the game room. The pool was great and the home was great for the adults as well. We will definitely plan to visit again and appreciate the amenities and hospitality.

Great stay!

Owner responded very well to questions and was very accommodating. Property was immaculate and was a great setup for everyone to have their own space and enjoy time together as well. Extremely easy to get to all Disney parks. Couldn’t recommend this property any higher!!

Excellent standard and Great location.

The villa was an excellent standard and was well equipped with everything you would need. The furnishings and facilities were of a very high standard. The games room was amazing and kept my son entertained after a long day at the parks. The location was perfect for all parks. I would definitely book this villa on my return and would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, very clean, excellent location for fun at Disney World! We had 3 teens/young adults and 3 adults. Home was very comfortable for us, as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Description was very accurate, including on what items are provided. Excellent stay!!

Just Amazing!

Soon as you walk in you will know your in the right place! Plenty of space, Clean, Looks like it was newly remodeled! The Game room was awesome, four PlayStation chairs and controllers, the chairs reclined if you wanted to watch a movie. The Pool the Hot tub, the whole house was better than the pics! We stayed for 6 days but we all wanted to stay for at least another week. Did I say the place was very clean. Great memory maker Thank you

Family fun and spacious

With five bedrooms and baths, our two adult children enjoyed having their own space. The game room was perfect for rainy evenings and late night foosball tournaments. The pool was well-maintained and a good size for our family. The upgrades to this home make it a calming retreat from all the themed activities in the area. The kitchen is well-stocked and the appliances are modern. The house is conveniently located and its position on the lot meant a bit more privacy in the pool area. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and easy to keep clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay!

The home itself was beautiful, very clean and nicely decorated. The game room was a highlight for our kids. The location of the property was very convenient and only 10 minutes from Disney World. Our only complaint was that the outside pool and pool area were dirty when we arrived. There was algae around the sides and dirt in the bottom of the pool and hot tub. There was also old food on the floor around the outdoor table. We contacted the property owner. She was very surprised and upset and immediately sent someone over to fix the problem. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay here again!

Great house - highly recommend!

Our group consisted of two adult couples and 3 children ages 4-10. The house was perfect, fully equipped with two identical master suites across from each other and great amenities for the entire family! The furniture was very nice and of great quality (Crate and Barrel etc). This is important because it was reflected through the entire house. Nothing felt like a cheap rental. The pool was perfect and the game room was very well done! If you’re looking for an upscale rental in one of the nicest areas, this is a good fit. It was immaculate. It was also only 15 minutes away from Disney.

Kids loved it!

Big thanks to Julie for providing an amazing house for us to holiday! She was quick to resolve a small issue with the air conditioning. The bunk beds upstairs were absolutely perfect for the kids. The beds were double size, so roomy comfortable. The kids loved the game room, pool and spa so much that they didn’t want to use the clubhouse amenities at all. The house has a well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Appreciated the water, ice maker on the fridge, actually ok to drink (definitely not tap). The shower in the king bed rooms were so awesome. The kids ended up using them instead of their own. It’s best to bring your own shampoo, body soap. Only problem for us, if you have mobility issues, (my daughter and husband do,) it is challenging to get in and out of the pool/spa. Handrails would have been a great help. We used a chair for support. It was a great family holiday! Highly recommend it.

un lugar maravilloso para compartir en familia! Completísimo!

Buscabamos alquilar una casa muy completa y confortable, ya que eramos 9( 5 adultos y 4 niños). Y realmente esta casa superó nuestras expectativas. Esta puesta con singular calidez y dotada de todos los elementos necesarios para que sea muy cómodo cocinar, limpiar y disfrutar. Los niños lo pasaron muy bien en la sala de juegos. Si volviésemos a la zona buscaríamos alquilar la misma casa. Muchas Gracias por tanto detalle!

Wonderful Home

We frequent Orlando every Spring Break, we stumbled upon this property very quickly due to an unprofessional VRBO homeowner’s last minute cancellation. We had a small hiccup at check in due to the owners property management company’s failure to have the home prepared by check in time. However, Julie (the homeowner) was very accommodating and made us feel important to her by showing empathy and compensation. The home itself is beautiful! My family loved it! There was something for everyone of every age! The game room is the best I’ve ever seen at any property we’ve visited! It is a gorgeous home with modern upgrades and it has awesome decor! It was clean, spacious, private and securely tucked in a gated community! We didn’t get to visit the clubhouse due to our full itinerary but having stayed at Windsor Hills before I can say that it too is a great family hangout spot! If the home itself doesn’t reel you in, Julie’s (the homeowner) hospitality will! We will definitely book this home again!

Nicely updated and well appointed

Great location to the Disney parks. Owners have taken care in updating this home. It’s clean and has a very well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend this home. Game room was very nice and would be great for families.
