Completing the picture is an over-mantle mounted 55â 4K smart TV that pulls down to perfect viewing height for movie night. From almost every vantage point on the first floor, you can see the backyard pool area.
Heading outside onto the large deck and pool patio, you will find cushioned dining and lounging areas with cantilever umbrellas overlooking the 40â X 20â heated pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lawn. There is also a 4-burner propane grill and a swing/slide set for the kids. On the side of the house is an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with changing area.

Use of the East Hampton Village and Town resident beach parking stickers on our SUV is available for an additional fee. Note that non-resident parking at beaches in EH m, where available, is extremely limited and costs $50 per day (and there is no non-resident parking available at most beaches). Resident parking stickers get you access to nearly every public beach from the East Hampton town line all the way to Montauk.
All beach/pool supplies included - towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, coolers, beach cart, pool and beach toys.
A pack and play or highchair are available upon request
TVs can be placed in the first floor master or second floor guest bedroom upon request.
