This perfect location with privacy all around offers wide span of east-facing beach for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing—plus gorgeous sunrises. Easy access to myriad of activities minutes away in Sag Harbor Village.
The well-appointed, light-filled traditional home with two gas fireplaces has three spacious en suite bedrooms (including first and second level primary rooms); plus a bonus den with convertible queen sofa bed, sleeps six plus additional - occasional overnight guest in den- new queen sofa bed. Open floor plan with bright open kitchen and Dining room. Large bright living room with fireplace and piano. Open views to the pool, and an additional exterior entrance. The first level features open common areas for entertaining; and French doors to a large deck that overlooks a rejuvenating saline, solar heated pool. Basement gym area includes workout station, stationary bike; . This sought-after private community—2 miles from Sag Harbor Village and Long Beach and in close proximity ( 10 minute drive) to ocean beaches—offers tennis, pickleball, basketball court, and brand new playground a block away at Village Hall. North Haven Manor is a historic private residential beachfront community in the Hamptons, located on the island of North Haven / Sag Harbor, less than one mile to the Shelter Island ferry, and situated between Noyac and Sag Harbor bays, it offers water on three sides, two picnic esplanades for residential use. In summer season starting in May there will be a weekly pool cleaning fee $100 per week for cleaning and services until the end of September. Weekly house cleaning person available at guests cost.

The perfect stay in Paradise

This property was 100% as advertised, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The neighborhood is tranquil, the property has beautiful mature trees and is totally private despite having other homes nearby. The beach, though small and rocky, was the perfect place for a morning walk and for collecting shells. We swam at the nearby town beach and in the lovely pool. The grill was brand new and all necessary utensils were there, as were pool towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. The house is compact but well- designed; all rooms were private and afforded quiet and comfort. The home is decorated with a mix of antiques, contemporary furnishings and lovely art. The basement was pristine, and the hosts made sure clear instructions were given for all appliances, the grill, etc. We could not have found a better home away from home!

Great spot -- Great house. elegant and casual.

Well, you can drive 2 minutes to sag harbor village to hang out, eat, whatever; drive 10 minutes to the ocean -- or if you really need an escape, just walk 1/2 block to the private bay beach or hang out at the beautiful pool. reall nice house. cool, elegant decor, comfortable, light and airy.

Perfect Romantic Retreat

My husband & I were seeking a private, all inclusive refuge from our hectic lives in the city. We loved this home, it was so unlike a hotel it was warm beautifully decorated with all the comforts we required. The pool was fantastic. Walk to the bay was great. Wonderful not to be in need of anything. The house is welll kept and spacious. We also had our niece & nephew join us for a few days and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. I would highly recommend this haven in the hamptons. We will go back next summer for sure.

A native New Yorker raised in Manhattan, I fell in love with the Hamptons in the mid '80 and owned several properties in East Hampton before buying a home in Sag Harbor. After a successful sales career in the city, I founded a professional staffing company on Madison Avenue that served the financial and advertising industries, among others, and had hospitality and security divisions. I was also active as a real estate investor, buying and selling properties in some of New York's most desirable addresses (Bing & Bing condos), and soon after in the Hamptons.
I moved full time to Sag Harbor with my family in 2004 to raise our son, working as a real estate agent at leading firms. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect property, and found it: a light filled house in a beautiful, quiet, laid back private community on the bay with a swimming beach; so close to Sag Harbor Village; tennis courts and a playground a block away at Village Hall; respectful neighbors. With my experience in the service industry and working in real estate, I'm keenly aware of what renters are looking for in a vacation property, I'm happy to offer this house as a newly listed rental.
