Perfect location. I did not like the fact that tents could be set up in front of chairs. The only view you had was tents and not the water! Loved the location.

My stay

Location was awesome. Nice condo lots of space for a family of seven. Beds were comfortable. Could use some new pans. Staff were really nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Overall stay was good.

Loved it!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time!!! Loved the pool, the condo, the beach, the town...all of it!!! Thank you so so much for hosting us! Had an issue with the washer and they got it fixed!

Condo was as pictured. Having two sets of chairs was awesome. The two king mattresses really need to be replaced. Other than that everything great.

Great Christmas

We had a great stay here Christmas week. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, we really enjoyed watching for skates or other various fish. The pelicans diving was the highlight for our son! The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The staff was so friendly, the pool was great, I mean with a high of 50-60 you can’t swim much, but the heated pool was nice and warm and we had a great time swimming. We loved everything about it and will definitely be planning on returning.

Place updated long time ago

Place felt dirty,needs deep cleaned.Couch and chairs needs replaced.I Washers knob was gone was hard to turn on. The pictures of the place looked it had been updated recent but everything was so old .The good thing about this place was when we called about a problem it was handled.I am glad we got a good rate.All things considered we had a good stay.

Perfect spring get-a-way!

This property was clean and met all expectations. The atmosphere was excellent along with the staff. Pools were clean and the Tiki Bar had great food and ice cold beverages with very reasonable prices.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The listing was accurate for what was included. The property does need a deep cleaning but it wasn’t anything that we couldn’t deal with. My teens enjoyed being close to everything. The recliners are comfortable but have worn spots in them. We had a great fall break here.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was clean with a gorgeous view of the gulf. It was within walking distance to Pier Park with a lot of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was very nice and located in a perfect area. They also had hand sanitizer in all elevators to help prevent the spread of germs.

Great Location

Excellent location…loved the beach chairs that were provided….waiting on elevators on check-in day was outrageous…we waited more than 30 minutes for an elevator….loved the pool and the walk to the beach was a short one….would definitely like to come back.

Great week!

Enjoyed a great week in Panama City Beach. The condo was incredible, very homey very clean and the balcony and the views are worth everything. Close to Pier Park and was able to walk to the pier itself from the back of the property on the beach. Just a great stay. I will return with this owner.
