Great condo will stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Calypso tower 1. This was our first time at this condo and we will for sure be coming back on future trips. The condo has a perfect location and being within walking distance to pier park and other popular restaurants makes things so much easier. The beach was amazing as always and the pools were nice and not too crowded.

Very nice condo excellent location.

It was very easy to access the pool along with the beach, and close to several dinner options. Will keep in mind when booking for another trip.

Beautiful beach!

Property is terribly nasty. Needs a major cleaning. Didn’t want to sit on the couch. Guest bedrooms had sand, I am sure at foot of the beds. Did not enjoy smelling pot and cigarette smoking. Pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice… CLEAN THE CONDO!!!!

Nice condo, good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is well maintained. It was a bit of a maze to navigate the location of elevators to the rooms and beach but once we figured it out we were set. We had an issue with one of the showers our first night there but it was fixed the next day so we appreciated the prompt service. The master bedroom bed was too broke down for our comfort. The two sets of beach chairs were a wonderful perk. The ocean view on the nicely furnished balcony was relaxing for morning coffee and evening beverages. The walking distance to Pier Park shops and dining was very convenient for our family. We were also in walking distance to Diego’s, on of our must eats which was a nice surprise. We would choose this location again and this specific condo if the master mattress were replaced. The condo was fancy, but had what we needed for our weeks vacation.

Extremely dirty and ran down

The condo was filthy, all vents where clogged with dust and debris! Sprinklers had dust hanging off them, The showers has mold, the first bedroom/ guest bath sink was clogged, the shower curtain hooks where rusted, the curtain had mold on it. The floor trim was missing in the living room and the second bedroom. Inside the second bedroom a dehumidifier was blocking the bathroom door from being opened and leaking onto the floor. The master bedrooms shower door was so tiny nobody in our party could even use it. Living room furniture was advertised as being recently replaced but was all old and very uncomfortable. The bar stool chairs where broken or so wobbly that it was unsafe to use. A leak in the floor above had an insurance adjuster enter the condo and he was in shock of how bad shape the rooms where in. Even the dishes where dirty! We not recommend and we have video and photo of how bad this property was!

Great location! We stayed with our 5 kids. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Host was very responsive we would definitely stay here again. The location is walking distance to everything

Great vacation spot!

Reviewer Comments: Few minor cosmetic issue's, we had to replace the batteries in the remotes & clock, extra cleaning but overall a great location, beautiful view, nice furnishings, COLD AC, small freezer. We would return!

The unit needs a lot of updates. Had to call maintenance to come and fix a few things but they was quick to come and fix it in the TV in the living room cap. I’m going in and out but we had a great trip. Need to replace the dryer. It makes a loud noise.

Family vacation

The location was wonderful and easy to get to the beach. Had plenty of activities for the kids close by! Unit was a little outdated which made it seem unclean but overall great stay!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The weather was great, except it was cold a couple of mornings. But no rain at all! It was very relaxing & loved that is was right by the Pier & Pier park
