Great Property for a Group

Came into the area to attend a race weekend with a group of friends and the property worked out well. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the central area was very open for gettting together to hang out and eat. Parking was a little tricky to figure out at first, but worked out fine.

Great for family! Big area with two beds and two baths on the sides , kichten and living room in the middle. Nice view of the trees and nature. Easy check in and check out. Easy access to shops and university with car..Love to come back in the future.

Not worth the price

Not quite as expected. We were blocked in by another vehicle after we followed the directions on where to park. The oven has not worked since at least may per reviews, sliding doors do not lock at night, many light bulbs blown, no sugar for coffee, no watch cloths left for 2 of three of us, only option for TV was Netflix! For the $400 a night (after fees) this was definitely not worth it! The one plus is beds were comfortable

Perfect space!

We visited for the weekend and this was a perfect location (close to Ithaca College) and a safe, clean, welcoming option! Will book again! Solve a mystery
are the floors heated? It felt like it!! Regardless, warm and cozy!!

Great location.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The home was clean and comfortable. Having two patios at this property was exactly what we needed to enjoy the weather. Our host made sure we had everything we might have need. I will definitely stay again next year.

less than impressed

The place was a great size for what we were looking for. We arrived 1 1/2 hours after the check in time with no instructions to enter received. We called and left a VM with not getting a call back until 30 minutes later that was unapologetic. The stove had a sign that it didn't work. The place was less than immaculate. Everything looked wiped down but certainly not clean. The coffee maker still had coffee in it. It had no instructions for programming the TV. Any other VRBO I have stayed in has had a welcoming environment with written recommendations of the area, instructions of the home, and has been exceptionally clean. This felt like a college dorm. It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for-lessen learned.

Spacious, clean apartment - good for remote work

I really loved staying at this apartment! It was large and had great natural light. The wifi was solid and worked well for video calls and remote work. The VRBO was clean with thoughtful amenities (especially loved the coffee makers!), but the oven was out of order. Luckily we didn’t need to use the oven for the week that I was staying here, but it was unfortunate that that was not mentioned to me before I arrived. (I gave four stars for accuracy of listing to account for this.)

Chasing waterfalls

We came to Ithaca, to hike the various waterfall trails in the area. The apartment met our needs well. The location was fine for where we wanted to be. The only issue we had was the stove was dirty and the oven broken. It would have been nice to have ice cube trays, in the freezer, but these were minor issues.. over all we enjoyed the apartment.

I also helped people host! Every house is unique and different but I try to ensure the essentials. Clean sheets, linens, towels. As well as Safety! All places are check for Carbon Monoxide detector, smoke alarm. Fire extinguisher and first aid Kit always ON TOP OF THE FRIDGE. Easiest thing to spot in a house!

VRBO is Great! I always try to use VRBO whenever I travel! Great Concept and able to enjoy different spaces or finding great prices, and no hotel frills that you don't really need! Save your money and spend it on food! drinks, other experiences :)
