Convenient to Coronado and downtown

We were in town for a Navy event. It was easy to get to the bases and to downtown. The Mexican place up the street is awesome. The beds are firm and comfortable!We will be recommending this to our military friends

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed here for long weekend. Everything was great and location was perfect for our visit to San Diego. Host made everything easy. Place was in perfect shape and super clean. Would highly recommend! Thanks Jen!

Place is flawless 2 car garage with remote makes coming & going simple, quietly well maintained complex is ideal for family get aways its like a home away from home with everything you could need.

Beautiful Townhown Down By The Bay

Well appointed townhome next to the Imperial Beach Bay trail system. The space is modern with comfortable and stylish furniture. Jen was an excellent host who addressed all of of minor concerns immediately and provided us everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The only issue is that guests are not allowed in the pool area, but that is an HOA rule, not the host. Otherwise, the place is perfect. Highly reccomend!

Perfect Getaway

This place on Hummingbird was perfect for my family. We were close to so many restaurants and other conveniences and could drive to the beach too. The host has taken care of all the details and really made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and we loved that they were king sized too. That isn’t easy to find when looking for a place to stay! The unit was clean and decorated so nicely. I was pleased that a large vehicle fit in the garage too. We highly recommend this place and appreciate how great Jen was to work with.

Nice Stay

Great place. Very clean, very well outfitted, and generally in very good condition. The owner clearly takes pride in providing a good experience and I had zero issues during my week long stay. I particularly enjoyed morning walks to the beach/pier. I was initially surprised/disappointed to find out the beaches in the area are closed from pollution coming from Mexico. Apparently a long term problem. In the end it probably only affected one days itinerary and we drove north to find an open beach. So not that impactful for us.

Easy access and good location

Easy access to Coronado and the location was very quiet and inviting. Plenty of amenities within walking distance and a great running/bike trail right outside the complex.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We loved staying at Jen’s place while in Imperial Beach for a wedding! Clean, beautiful home in a great location. It was a convenient 10 minute walk to anywhere we needed to go. Thanks again for having us.

We had a great stay here. Condo is newer and clean. Close proximity to bike path that leads to Coronado. Plenty of room in garage for car and bikes.

Just as described

I always get nervous booking a property and it is not what it looks like in the pictures. Jen’s property was just as described and even better!! The beds and pillows were awesome and It was one of the best night sleep I have had in awhile. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Jen was very easy to communicate with and made this whole process easy peasy!!! 💯💯

Great Clean place

Positive: Very clean, soft beds, great time. It is a multi 4 level Condo. Great Location What could have made it better: Boggie Boards for the beach “Would of been sooooo nice”! Wash rags to wipe kitchen counter Broom available, more pans and bowels in kitchen. Very few kitchen items to use.

Great stay

We loved having the bike path so close to the house as well as a garage to keep our bikes in during our stay. We rode to trident coffee shop and walked to Don Ponchos taco shop during our stay and both were great. The place was great to stay in and Jen was a great host. Only down side is we did have to constantly keep our 19 month old from diving off the stairs which we expected, but as least they were carpet and short distances.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The condo is located in between Imperial Beach and the Coronado strand. You get the best of both worlds. Imperial Beach is a really cool and laid back town. 5 min away if you head towards the Imperial Beach Pier you will see a pretty active beach town either doing yoga on the lawn, working out near the parks, enjoying ice cream or coffee at Cow-A-Bunga right on the pier and Tin Fish to get an incredible view and seafood. There are a wide array of microbreweries near by like Mike Hess and Coronado Brewing Company. If you head on the I5 South, there is an abundance of shopping at the Las Americas Premium Outlets.

Head towards Coronado, you will pass the Navy Seal Center and the Coronado Strand Beach. Check out the World Famous Hotel Del Coronado, have a drink near the beach, close by you can enjoy high end restaurants near by like Peohe's and Il Fornaio. At the Coronado Lowe's Hotel, there are Gondola rides for the romantics. The Coronado Ferry Landing Station has some nice restaurants, kayaking, and shopping close by where you can take a delightful Ferry trip across to downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp District.
