Gulf Front - 5BR - 2BA - 120 Steps to Beach!

120 steps to the Gulf takes 1.5 minutes through private beach access! Barefoot Bungalow has amazing Gulf views while spotting dolphins from the porch or playing cards with the family in the kitchen. At 2000 sq ft, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. High speed internet with YouTube TV on 5 flat screen TV's help families stay connected. Enclosed dog pen allows pups to do their business safely. Guests should take advantage of deep-sea fishing, local restaurants, a quick bike ride to ice cream and even golf along the Gulf. We hope you enjoy our home!

Barefoot Bungalow has 2 desks for working, lamps in the bedrooms have USB ports for charging devices, a charcoal grill, a loft area that can be a cozy reading nook or place to play games, a large front porch that also wraps around the side with Gulf views, a pack and play and booster seat available for our favorite little guests, family board games and books, a DVD player to watch movies, a fully stocked kitchen, 7 bicycles, and finally bath towels, beach towels, and sheets are included. We also have sand toys and some beach chairs for your time at the beach. Our driveway holds a maximum of 4 vehicles and parking on the street is prohibited.

What an amazing place to have a family vacation. We were so close to the beach. The kids just loved it! It was also really great to have lots of space to spread out in, so you weren't on top of each other the whole time. I would recommend highly and hope to come back again someday!

Great value with a view! Just little upkeep things need to be done. Like dusting the fans and dvd player, rechaking the bathroom floor, and update internal signage. Hosts make you feel very welcomed and pretty well stocked in the communal manner. Do bring tp, paper towels and laundry soap.

The house was amazing for the price point. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the sand toys, chairs, and other items available to use at the beach. We also enjoyed the games available to use inside the house, since the evenings were dark when we visited.There is a resident blue crab under the deck which was fun to watch each day. The area is very family friendly.

This property was just as listed. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Clean home. Reliable, cool A/C. Fenced deck, great for pets and small children. Fenced pet area on the ground level. Great and plentiful seating on the deck. Great view of the dunes/ beach from the deck. There was a feet washing station on the deck stairs and a hose in the upper deck and below the house for easy washing. Quiet street. Easy walk to the beach. Peaceful strip of beach, not crowded at all. Overall wonderful property and very kind and helpful hosts. Hope to revisit this property!

We absolutely love the island, Barefoot Bungalow had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms are spacious. The house is gorgeous we loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves come in this was the second time we stayed at Barefoot Bungalow and absolutely loved it.The host go above and beyond to make your stay complete.

We had the best time! Beautiful area to stay and so close to the beach. Ideal for our family with young kids. The house was spacious and perfect for our big family. Great location, lots of open space for gathering with a large group. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved the ability to all sit on the porch together and see/hear the water. We absolutely loved our stay and we definitely plan to be back! The property is stunning, the house has everything you could need to have a comfortable stay. We walked to the beach every morning. It was a dream!

Originally from Chicago, we have moved all over the country and have settled in Olive Branch, MS. We first experienced Dauphin Island in 2020 and instantly fell in love with the small beach town. We were so excited when the opportunity presented itself for us to purchase a Gulf Front home on the island. We have two adult daughters who have grown up biking and exploring the island. Our dogs, Wrigley and Frank, love to sunbathe on the deck, watch pelicans, and splash in the ocean (with a leash on, of course).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are so excited to share our family's vacation home with you. We hope you love Dauphin Island as much as we do. This home give us time away from our everyday life to unplug and enjoy our time together. We all enjoy swimming, beach volleyball, biking, and walking through the bird sanctuary. We hope staying in our home gives you the same opportunity to spend time with your friends and family!

Guests have come to love our Gulf views, the short walk to the beach and amenities for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen allows families to feel at home while cooking. Guests have also enjoyed the space our home offers. These are all reasons why we have so many repeat guests!
