The storage below the house is off limits as well as a locked closet under the stairs.

For any grill or fire pit on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



As noted above this property is on the bay. Not on the gulf but is a short walk away!
