Santa Rosa Towers 1202. Condo au 12e étage. L'unité 1202 offre un espace de vie ouvert carrelé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Le bar dispose de 4 tabourets pour des sièges décontractés avec un coin repas avec une grande table à manger. Le salon avec une belle vue dispose de sièges groupés confortables. L'espace de vie offre également une grande télévision à écran plat avec un lecteur DVD. 1 canapé-lit dans le salon. La chambre principale a un roi, une télévision, un accès au balcon et une salle de bain complète, et a un grand dressing. 2e chambre a queen avec TV, 3e chambre a queen; les 2 chambres se partagent une salle de bain. 1202 offre une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité ainsi qu'un grand balcon privé avec vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique, équipé d'une table et de chaises. Great property

The property was just what we were hoping for. Our first time stayinf at the Santa Rosa. Mostly homeowners so very quiet. Maintenance work our first few days but that can be expected for the week we went. Overall the 3 bedroom was great .

Great Balcony!

This is a great location if you plan on spending a lot of time on the beach. The beach was amazing- large, clean, not crowded. We saw lots of marine life while swimming. The balcony is huge and offers great sunrise views. For sunset, walk out the front door and look out over the bay. Peg Leg Pete's and a convenience store are very close, and the main shopping/restaurant area is easily accessed walking, via the trolley of via Gopher Carts.

Spring break

It was our first time vacationing at Pensacola Beach. We had a great time and your condo had everything we needed. The view is amazing, so nice to have water on both sides of the unit! My sister,daughter and I look forward to more stays in thus condo!

Loved the layout of this condo and it was very clean. The problem was that we were led to believe the condo was on the beach but it was across the street. My husband was very upset about this as was I which put a damper on the whole trip. Please put this fact in your description so no one else is disappointed.

Everything was great

Our stay was great. The location, The size of the condominium was great. The only Mention would be maybe a little updating and the carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Other than that the place was great . Had a great time. Loved being on the 12 floor. We would definitely rent again!! Thanks so much. I also loved having the Washer and dryer!

Carpet was gross with stains all over. stain on curtain as well. Location was great. Views were amazing. Would stay again if carpets were removed or replaced.

Give me $50 and 1/2 hour at Target for some nice platters and serving bowls, but other than than...LOVELY. Very pleased. My sisters each rent the same week and we love the week to visit with family, host dinners and enjoy the beach together while still having a place of our own to retreat. Hope to do this every year!

Great view

The TVs had 10 controllers and linked into ROKU. No instructions as to how to view anything. The TV in the master bedroom had the channels, no volume.Called the realtor who sent a technician. He had to take the box from the master bed, connect to the living room. What a nightmare! Owners had no instructions! Carpet was filthy also. View was excellent from our balcony. Pricy for a view as the only asset

I can't believe there is a place like Pensacola that has been there and we've never visited. Great place not crowded beautiful beaches. could do a little better for bike excess. The condo the parking elevator all those pains in Panama City you don't have here in Pensacola. We went to Mcguires restaurant in Pensacola absolutely unbelievably Good atmosphere very good food and very good beer. If you ever thought that you have been to a seafood market you must try Joe Pettus the selection is in list prices are very good. It is worth a trip to visit it by seafood from there. We will go back here again and again the condo like I was very enjoyable. The magic cup and a very nice group of people answered all of our questions no troubles at all

Fun in the Sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time visiting Pensacola. the location of this property was perfect for us and the view was fantastic! It made falling into vacation-mode so much easier! The location of the towers made for a quick trip to the beach/ ocean. Sunrise views were amazing. We loved the quick walk to Pete’s and the main shopping area was a quick drive or golf cart ride away. Some of the furniture had been upgraded so that was a happy surprise. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were not large enough to report ( the drain in the guest room shower wouldn’t stay open to allow water to drain. The curtain in the main area was not fully secured, and randomly someone had left the kitchen window unlocked and open that we discovered on day two of our visit.) from a cleaning standpoint all the major areas were well taken care of and the linens were all clean and in good shape. However, the furniture had not been swept so there was sand in a lot of places, there was no dish cloth to hand wash dishes. Overall, the complaints are minor! My family loved list listing and would defiantly stay here again.

Great view and easy access to the beach

Our family (7 of us) loved the view from the patio and the easy access to the beach. It was very comfortable with plenty of space in the living areas. We were glad we happened to bring disposable flatware as there was limited silverware. We also purchased disposable cups because there were very few drinking glasses. We loved our stay and would enjoy staying there again.

Pensacola Beach in June

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the property description was accurate but there was one item that would cause me to avoid this unit: the right side of the king bed in the master had zero support. It must have been used by a very obese man for many years. It slumped terribly and I only weigh 160. I left with my back in very bad shape. Should have told the mgmt company but knew they would not be able to replace a mattress. One of the sinks in the master bath was just a trickle and was reported but the plumbing company was 2 weeks behind so that went unrepaired. A broken toaster was replaced immediately. The "starter supplies" on arrival were lacking. No soap, less than full roll of toilet tissue in each bath, etc. It's as if the cleaning crew didn't complete their job. The parking passes that were supposed to have been left in the unit were not so we went to the rental office the next day to get them. So I guess it was a mixed bag re: condition. The management company was responsive and had very nice personnel.We only ate out twice: "Crabs we got 'em" which was OK and "Peg Leg Petes" which was great. Expect LONG waits to be seated.

Great Beach Vacation

The condo on the beach was very nice. It was very welcoming for a family. The location was great and within walking distance from all our needs. The view was also amazing. The family really enjoyed this location and property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Pensacola Beach and our condo was great. Furniture old, no platters in the cabinets, but I wouldn't trade my week there for anything! View is awesome. Location is too. Love it there and will be a repeat customer.
